Always a wait to see a banker. Have come here three times to do something that needed a banker- for some reason the teller couldn't do it.

Fast service. All my in person experiences from the tellers to the desk reps are helpful. They also have free coffee while you wait.

Unfortunately three days ago I went to this branch to get some cash, Sophie was the teller Who handed me the $100 bills. I went to Bank of America the day after to deposit the amount into my account. That was the time I realized that one of the $100 bills that you see in the picture was fake. BofA branch manager confirmed that the bill was fake and they did not give me the money back. They just gave me a report and told me that I have to go back to East West Bank and show them the the report to get reimbursement on the fake bill. It has been two days since then that Alhina and Sara Have been calling me from East West Bank and they're just repeating themselves that I cannot get my money back from them because They are not responsible for the money once it is out of their branch! My question to the bank Would be how should I know if the money that I'm getting from my bank is fake or not? Why they do not have a machine to count the money in front of customers to Show that the money is not fake? All other banks have the machine that detects fake bills and also counts the bills in front of a customer. This branch not only has the machine to count the bills in front of the customers but also they count the bills by hand which can create lots of issues like the one I am facing now. After following up multiple times with them via phone calls and emails at the end branch is telling me I have to wait for a month or even more for the treasury to confirm that the money is fake. They are telling me that just because I am a loyal customer in case the money is fake they will pay me the $100 after a month or so. (It means if I were not a client with multiple active accounts they would not take responsibility for their own mistake!) Why should I as the customer should be the person who is getting affected because of this bank not being able to issue real bills to customers?! Shouldn't we trust our banks?! Or should we expect them to hand fake bills to us these days?!
