And not for nothing, but Navy Fed commercials are way better than USAA commercials. Alas, I'm a life long USAA member. It's where I've been for 20 years, and I have no plans to stop. But if I did, I'd be very likely to hit up Navy Fed first. The only reason I check in here is to use the ATM lol. One thing Navy Fed has going is it's brick and mortar spots. USAA brick and mortar locations are few and far between, and most of your business is done online.

Who would have guessed that an HSBC in Mexico is not interchangeable with an HSBC in the USA? You…read morecan not walk into an HSBC in Mexico and withdraw from your HSBC account that you created in the states! And vice versa. I would have assumed that since it is a world wide bank that would not have been an issue. Long lines at this branch, over a 20 minute wait time to see the teller. However, I've noticed bank lines in Mexico are a much longer wait than in the states, not sure why. I've seen bank lines, often, going outside and down the block. It's not like there isn't a shortage of banks here either. So yeah, it's interesting. So, the three stars are for the wait (which may or may not be fair since I just mentioned it seemed to be the norm here). Also for the curtness of the teller and for no way to know you're in the wrong line until you've waited in it long enough to talk to someone and they tell you so.

I felt like they were just rushing me out the door and they made like I'm stupid and don't matter. Even laughing at me at one point. One of the worse service I ever gotten and it been a few weeks already still have not heard back from anyone. Even tired to email them and still nothing. Nobody helps from this bank. They did nothing to help me. Would give them a zero star. I wouldn't advise anyone to bank here the treat customers like crap.

All because I am missing an endorsement signature from my mortgage which a should have told about by the teller before I ever deposited my check. Now I am stuck with a leaky roof. Here's my experience today 5/18/18. I write my contractor a check, I messed up on the check and put two thousand and initialed the five hundred on the bottom. I came to Wells today because I needed cash too. My contractor was with me. They were about to tell him he couldn't cash the check. The manager then states it's for my protection that they couldn't take the check. She asks me to write a new one???? Does the above situation make any kind of common sense? I tell you, I am very nice to people but when stupid people work in places that require a functioning brain, I can't take it. So, I then look at her and say well then I'll just withdrawal it. Duh? Come on Wells Fargo, let's start making your reps have a four year college degree! I'm only giving them 2 stars for Salina, the nice woman who helped me take the cash out! For the manager, you really need to get demoted or just find a new job. Clearly, you weren't helping me or protecting my account denying a check when I was present. Cry or laugh. I'll shrug my shoulders and just laugh at this!
