It's hard to give this location a bad review…read more A little confusing that it's a cashless branch (they don't accept any deposits or have tellers to accept cash only machines). Came here to take cash out, I lost my debt card. The two women here were SUPER friendly and helped me figure out how to get money from the ATM but it took a lot of downloading on my apple wallet, accepting terms, etc. Such a bummer that this is the way that banking is heading without actual tellers at physical locations.

We waited around 20 minutes which was fine as we walked in and then spent around 30 minutes providing my passport, work authorization, social security number etc. Copies were taken and we filled various forms. Great, I was added to the account! Then I received a letter in the mail that they could not verify my SSN (odd, since I have employment and credit card) with a number to call. The operator told me I needed to go to a branch. No more details provided and obviously I can't just drop out of work during the day to see them. I called the SSN desk and there is no issues with my SSN. Then without notice, a week later the bank account was closed and funds (mid 5 figures) was "DDA" out of the account. Apparently a cheque is being sent in the mail. Can you imagine if this was someone's only account? They closed my wife's account after my wife had been banking with them for 10 years. Unbelievable. There is no ability to open the account and we need to go back and provide paperwork etc again. Would not recommend. Obviously.

And my phone was dying and I was trying to getting my to my app while sitting at Matthew's desk I asked him if I could plug in right behind me to the on the wall his answer was no that's a walkway it was a 8-ft wide walkway instead of pointing me to the plug in the lobby area he said no I can't allow that people just have no f****** common courtesy. Wells Fargo Bank is s*** for holding a $1,300 check for a week and the man who paid me had plenty of money in his account I seen it on his phone about $75,000 so Wells Fargo f*** you

Wells Fargo is the worst bank I've every used in Colorado ( I started banking in 1960) Ten years…read moreago they couldn't figure out how to transfer money or accept money from the sale of a house and ended up charging me for overdrafts on an account with thousands of dollars in it. I moved to Colorado Credit Union and have been extremely happy with them for the last ten years. Today, the local Well's Fargo repeated their lack of customer service with a family member. She deposited a Cashier's check from another local bank - sales from a refi - paid some credit cards - and three days later received a letter in the mail saying hte funds would not be available for 10 days and, although the check was in the bank, she would be responsible for any charges or overdrafts. All Wells Fargo needed to do was call the bank. We checked with the other bank and that's what they do because they care about their customers. Now we have to take a letter from the other bank to Wells Fargo because they didn't bother with the phone call. But...this is the type of service I received before, ran out of patience, and changed banks. DON'T LET THIS HAPPEN TO YOU! Find a bank that cares. There are plenty.

Whether you live paycheck to paycheck or you have lots of $$$ in your account, you are a valued customer. Gina is ALWAYS helpful! Dennis is honest and direct, which I appreciate. If they don't have the answer, they say so; but also do their best to find the answer. That goes a long way!! They are fast on transactions and help monitor for fraud. Their fees are lower than 1st Bank or other big banks. Some of the cons are hours, it can feel short. There is NO drive-thru. The lobby is spacious but parking is a pain. There is only street parking, after all this is Cherry Creek. It truly would be perfect if there was drive-thru or designated parking.
