I had documents that needed to be uploaded to a different branch and the banker said "I could upload them, but like, I don't know where they would even be" then, after writing down 7500 on a note for a cashiers check he asked how much I wanted it for.. it was comedic but also incredibly disappointing that people handling our money don't have a basic grasp on being a functioning human. read more

My fiance & I have a personal, business, & car loan account with Chase. We CONSTANTLY have problems with every aspect of Chase- resulting in countless hours babysitting them & calling to confirm deposits. Just recently I went into this branch checks from a client with the clients' name & their mortgage company on it endorsed to us by both parties. It takes WEEKS to get these checks endorsed after we have finished the job we basically built on credit. After making me wait at the counter for over 5 minutes the cashier returns with manager Elaine (new to this branch) to explain they can not deposit these checks I just drove over an hour round trip to pick up. I explained that we always deposit these checks- and have deposited almost $100k like this. After instructing me to sit down in a snippy tone she disappears for another 10 mins only to return and say yet again they are unable to deposit these checks. I immediately went to another local branch & deposited the very same checks with no issues. How can one manage a bank if they can't process simple deposits? We have also had nearly $10k in checks held for nearly a week & then not released on the promised date when our acct was in good standing. Just today I tried to download our deposits for accounting purposes & after working with their Download Center for nearly an hour I went to file the downloads & they were all copies of the SAME CHECK!!! I called Chase & they explained you can only do the most recent up to a few days ago. Why is that not written on the download page???!!! When Chase processed our auto loan they put in the completely wrong vehicle info & called us with a low interest rate then tried to back track after putting the correct info in. My fiance, a former mortgage broker, immediately reminded them of their illegal practices/misinformation and they were obligated to give us the rate promised. Watch your a$$ & check your accounts frequently if you decide to do business with Chase. I recommend you take screen shots & record your conversations with them. Use a different branch!!! read more

Came in here considering a bank account. But you have to make an appointment and they warn you it will be an appointment that's over an hour. Additionally they offer no bathrooms for their clients. Are we in NYC or Edgewater? They already make a lot of money off of me in fees etc. how do they possibly consider this any level of customer service? Go across the parking lot to Bellco. They'll open an account for you AND allow you to use a bathroom. They also have coffee, tea and hot coco while you wait. read more

EDIT: This is now a CHASE branch. This place is a joke. First of all, they didn't even get the required permits to do renovations to their business, resulting in an embarrassing "STOP WORK" order being plastered to their door this summer (which cannot be removed under penalty of law, so all customers had to see this and wonder "wtf"). But today was even better. The absolutely disrespectful woman behind the counter gave me totally inaccurate and incorrect information and phone numbers basically just to get me out of her store (I refuse to call it a bank). I was trying to cash a check my mother had written on her WaMu account; I am not a WaMu account holder. Apparently these folks don't think that their accounts are good, because they won't cash checks for nonaccount holders even if the check is written on a WaMu account. Something about that smells bad. What bothered me the most is that the "teller" could see how upset I was getting and rather than say, "let's see what we can do about this" she was all about getting me the hell off her property. If I could put zero stars I would. The employees are incompetent and uninformed. The ATM is often broken and unusable. I went in to open a checking and savings account and they refused my license as a form of ID. I was extremely unimpressed by this bank and will NEVER use it again. read more

Not my favorite location, but at least I can deposit and withdraw at the ATM. I wish they had a drive-thru at the location! It would really make it easier! Usually, I'm walking to the door, using my card to get in, and doing the transaction and it's a pain. The few times I have gone in the branch, the line is small, but for some reason, it takes forever regardless. Not sure why! Received excellent customer service at this branch. they walked me through every detail as I opened a new account. Elaina (apologies if I slaughtered spelling of her name) went out of her way to accommodate me, including staying late one evening, making phone call to doublecheck answers to questions, and setting up everything for me quickly and efficiently. Rather than gloss over potential hidden fees, she made sure I was aware of every important term. To top it off she did it all with a bright, cheery smile on her face. I stoped in to start a business acct and oscar said he would need about 20 minutes to help me. He was one of three tellers helping customers. 7 minutes in to the experience, there where no customers waiting, but there I sat. A few more customers came in and oscar was quick to help them. I finally left when osscar disappeared behind a door and the time came and left with out him ever checking back with me. read more
