    Atm took my money and didnt deposit it! $500 i have to wait to contact a number for investigation when i showed i got it from my other card and it shows it was withdrawed here and they supposedly cant do nothing about it. He said it looks like the atm just ate the money. Like what if i had no proof id have to to through hoops and circles for a deposit thats supposed to be here. I have work in a few hours with my infant in his stroller waiting around for my deposit when i have things to do at the mall for my birthday tomorrow. So fucking stupid if their atms dont work properly maybe suggest fixing them instead of acting like they work.

    I was cashing a check and arriving at 4:45pm right before they were ready to close. I usually feel safer to cash in person since it is a fairly large sum. The eastern Indian staff approached me and instructed me to use the ATM, which I did and it was done in less than a minute without continuing waiting. She also out of professional courtesy asked me anything else she could do for me. She knew one of my mailed checks was washed and she immediately suggested me reopen a new one and close the old one just in case. I was quite surprised because where I reported the washed check, the brach banker did not say anything about this and he was quite slow and relaxed in handling anything. In fact, I was not sure he knew how to do this. The branch is good. It is small, but people are nice and professional enough. My 2-time experiences are both good. Keep up the good work!

    Went into this branch. Safe to say, I'll never be back. There's a separate "Business Clients" line…read morewhere if you pay for a business account, you're supposed to have priority in a separate line. However I can tell you that they don't honor it at all. I was standing in this line and they let other people cut in front from the other line. And then it took so long that I could have stood in the regular line and people who came in after me got service before I got to the counter... And I was the first person in line. Stood for over 25 minutes. Not sure what the purpose of a "Business Clients" line is when they don't honor or appreciate their business clients at all. I WOULD ABSOLUTELY NOT BANK HERE IF YOU WANT TO BE VALUED OR EXPECT DECENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Closed my account.

But, that's the fools in the CORPORATE OFFICE, located far, far away in Charlotte, North Carolina. I can't blame the people in this financial center if the corporate office does not see fit to supply enough tellers to handle the amount of transaction they routinely process! In fact, the ONLY reason they only get THREE STARS is because of the losers in the corporate office! They are the ones who create all the problems for customers! The tellers themselves are fast and efficient and most of all, congenial and willing to help you accomplish your transaction. The idiots in the corporate office force the tellers to do far more than is needed for each transaction. So, that is why each customer takes seven and eight minutes to process. And, that is why you are forced to stand in line waiting so long. They recently upgraded the furniture in this center, so the decor is pleasing and acceptable. If you need to wait for service, the seating is comfortable. If this financial center was not part of Bank of America, then they would get FIVE STARS for outstanding service. You see, it's the corporate office that creates all the problems. The corporate office simply does not understand how to run a bank! This is why they ended up with all sorts of non-performing loans back in the sub-prime crisis era! This financial center was not responsible for any of that stupidity! That was all corporate behavior! Oh, and Zelle? Did you lose money to a scam through Zelle? That incredible stupidity was ALL thanks to the little beginners who work in the corporate office! You cannot blame the individuals here, in this financial center, for the stupid decisions that are come out of the corporate office! From my own perspective, this financial center is outstanding, particularly the individual tellers, who work tirelessly to process all the daily transactions. If you are not satisfied with your current bank, because well.... maybe they engage in stupid fraud to try to add more accounts. That would be YOU, Chase bank! Then, walk in here and give these people in this financial center a try. The people are all nice, in spite of how little the criminals in the corporate office choose to pay them. They try hard to give you the services that you need. Even when the corporate office refuses to PAY them a LIVABLE WAGE! Oh, and they recently took down those stupid PLASTIC DIVIDERS that forced you to hand everything through a tiny slot at the bottom. So, that was a welcome improvement. Banks in general just SUCK, as far as ethics and integrity are concerned. Lately, they behave more like criminals, engaging in all sorts of fraud and underhanded behavior. It's the GREED in the CORPORATE OFFICE that drives this sort of behavior. But, from what I have seen, the people here in this particular financial center are all dedicated and behave with honesty and integrity. And, in this day and age, that's definitely a rarity! Keep one thing in mind, though. No bank can help you if you handle your financial matters like a fool. Spending everything and then paying one late fee after another? You can't blame any bank for your own financial stupidity. But, if you can manage to keep your accounts in good standing and you simply need a no-hassle branch to service your needs. Then, this particular branch would be a good choice. There are so few tellers, so I usually end up waiting in line to use Eunice, because her skills are exceptional. But, all the tellers here deliver great service. But, remember one thing. It's the corporate office that sets the rules that each financial center must abide by. They are driven mostly by greed. So, if you are not happy with a bank, it's almost certain that the corporate office is the one to blame. Not the individuals in your local financial centers! I would give this particular financial center FIVE STARS if they were not associated with the complete losers in the corporate office in Charlotte.
