Made an appointment for my parents to open bank accounts. The wait time was not too bad with an appointment on a Friday. (If you go on a Saturday, make sure you make an appointment. We went in the morning, waited over 30 mins before I had to leave because the wait time was not going to get any shorter.) We had Danielle help us and she was amazing! Super friendly and helpful. My parents opened individual accounts and a joint account and it only took an hour! Highly recommend making an appointment with her! I found out that you can get a debit card that's Disney themed! I've had my debit card for years... and did not know! Got it upgraded to Grogu and it's super cute! read more

I've banked with Chase for a very long time now and have watched the progression of buildings improve while staff knowledge of banking products decrease. Now I don't expect every employee to know everything but I do expect a general knowledge of banking products and how my money is being "managed". I realize that Chase is for "poor" people- Like billionaires typically don't bank here. I'm not a billionaire so here I am lol! And I guess since I'm not a billionaire, this is the usual service I've experienced at several Chase banks. You get greeted, asked if you want some water then go into a room to make your requests. I will say that the person who assisted me today was very helpful and honest that she didn't know how to help us but she called to find out so problem solved! read more

Breaks my heart that the nearest Chase branch near me did not welcome me and I wanted to open a new account. I stood there waiting for too long. I wish there was a sign in sheet at least. I've been a customer for over 30 years. read more

Have an account here and Stanley Tang manages our chase money fund. Stanley is very professional letting us know what we are getting into and very timely in getting back to us when we need anything even during the Xmas holidays. Definitely recommend this branch as they are very competent and reliable. read more

Amazing service, I made an appointment with Abagail to switch accounts, she is wonderful, literally got straight to the point and helped me unlock a lot on the chase app. This chase is the only chase that has more than two stars and i understand why now, thank you so much to her and I'd definitely come back! read more

I was at the newest Gold's Gym next door and saw this branch as I was going to my car and I needed quarters so I thought cool, this is so convenient. I really don't care for these latest branch updates with fewer tellers and these annoying employees standing around hounding you asking if you need assistance. I am only in a branch for quarters and I had one employee me ask what I needed. He then told a 2nd employee what I was there for and then that 2nd employee again asked me what I needed and then proceeded to tell me that the teller would be with me shortly (like, DUH). As for the tellers they were very nice and processed my transaction efficiently. Branch was very nice and clean as well. read more

Be very specific about what you want to do when speaking with the bankers. They do not know what they're doing and they do not follow protocol in asking ALL of the following questions when leaving a joint account and opening a new one. The manager to top it off was not very helpful and she stated that she will make sure that they ask ALL of the following questions are to be asked for future references as if the damage wasn't already done. Don't waste your time speaking with Justin Felix. Not the sharpest tool in the shed. read more

This location takes so long to do anything - I walked out despite being number 3 in line for 15 minutes because tellers don't know what they're doing always requiring help from a manager or more interested with dealing with private clients than everyday banking customers. I am fed up with this location being the closest to my work and really struggling to find a reason why I shouldn't close out my entire account and bank elsewhere. Pathetic. read more

Close up my home, less than 2 miles. They have a drive through ATM, which I love. That's why I come to this location. Only a single ATM at drive through. read more

My local Chase bank... since they closed the one off Via Verde in San Dimas. This one is good, the staff are all friendly and welcoming. Took one star away just because sometimes its busy and the lines are long. Its not the biggest branch so that's probably why. Only 2 ATM machines 1 outside/1 inside. Other than that no complaints! read more

We came here on a weekday to do some business, this Lady Thuy Bui was so helpful, I wish there are more people like her. She was very efficient and get our complicated work done in a short time. If I have to come back I would definitely look for her to help. Thank you for your great customer service. read more

I haven't been inside this bank since ATM's can handle pretty much any transaction. Noticeable: 1. thoroughly remodeled interiors 2. a Concierge type person welcomes each customer and helps you get started on whatever you might need to do (I did not need her services, but it's good to have a person dedicated for that function). 3. l learned that there is no limit to the amount you can deposit at the ATM (there is a limit on what you can withdraw per day). 4. the two step metal detector thingy that was previously installed has been removed since my last visit. 5. just happened to overhear: no Public restroom in the bank. (ay-yi-yi) This review is for a live person encounter, so it's completely 180-degrees from my other review. read more

3 weeks ago we found out our bank account had been hacked. Someone in Michigan ordered checks with our account number and put their name and information on it and wrote themselves a check for $22,000 and signed their name!! . Chase allowed it to be cashed. I feel like we're running into brick walls when dealing with them. The manager says they don't check names or signatures just the account number!' How secure do you feel now?! We have no idea how they got this information but it wasn't from us! We've banked with them for over 30 years. We found out that they had even changed our mailing address to New York. Chase never informed us! We've filed a police report, talked numerous times to the fraud department and still don't have our money back. As I said this check didn't have our name on it, only our account number. read more

OH YEEAAAAHHHHH!!!!!!!! Kindest buncha bankers I've ever encountered. Go ahead and sit on one of their sofas and see how long it takes for one of them to help you. I give it 3 minutes tops. But wait! Let's not forget them being ever so consistent with offering their loyal clients a cup of water or coffee. They never fail! I personally recommend Mr. J Ahn. Just ask for him and present him with any problem. Financial problems? Single and lonely? Flat tire? Pulseless v-tach? Go for it!!!! Just sit back with your freshly poured cup of water/coffee and see him do his thang. He'll always put his best foot forward and help you to with the best of his abilities. I got four chase cards with him! One debit and three credit cards. Each one was an absolute adventure. I'll never forget the feeling he instilled within my heart. He'd be my number one if I were a girl. He'll just have to be my number one banker...my hero. P.s. please don't ask him to help you with your flat tire or pulseless v-tach. I would like to think this is a given...but just in case someone decides to take this literally. read more

I am so impressed with the services I received with Carley every time I come see her with my bank account problems like making personal changes with my compromised bank accounts and even helped me to avoid scammers and stopping them from from hacking into my bank accounts. I was fooled by this scammer to make me believe someone has charged my account by a large amount of cash and got all my personal info from my bank account. Carley right away told me that is a scam and reassured me she will do everything to stop this scammer from taking over my identity and bank accounts. She even told him over the phone( my phone where this scammer called me to do what he wants me to do) that I am not doing what He me to do and she told him you are a scam and we know that. Warn him not to call me again because his numbers are blocked from my phone. I was so afraid when this happened to me and she made felt good after that. She made all the necessary changes to make my accounts safe from hackers. She did all these because she said it is her job to help customers like me. That is the best treatment I ever got from a Chase bank employee for as long as I have been a Chase bank customer . If you need help from a bank employee go see Carley. She is like an angel to me. And you will like her because she is really good with her job and she does it with a smile and compassion. Thank you Carley... CM customer read more

I been banking with them for about over 10 years and always had a good experience. Especially with Jennifer she's great and the best!

Chase was my first bank since high school. Although I chose to close my account because they didn't offer me any credit opportunities while I was younger, I came back because of their superb customer service. After building some credit for myself, I came back. I have been to other branches because they were convinient, however the other branches never went the extra mile for me; even neglecting to get the job done right. Today, I was moved to write a review because Ken went the extra mile for me. I joined the military back in December. Through all this covid-19 craziness, I am not allowed to go on leave and 70 miles away from the closest Chase branch. Being in a sticky situation, I decided to give my home branch a call. After speaking to Ken in the morning, he worked around my schedule to do the research on my behalf and give me all necessary information for everything I needed to do. I want to thank you again for remembering my problems and pointing me the right direction, Ken and previous associates that I have worked with in this branch. Awesome team at this branch! Thanks and appreciation from the opposite coast of the country! read more

The staff here are a bunch of useless turds. I showed up with the expectation of opening up a checking account and walked away highly disappointed with the lack of customer service. I walked in at 5:15 to open an account, there was only one other person ahead of me. At about 5:50 they approached me telling me "they couldn't help me and i would have to come back". What kind of bs is that? If they knew there was a possibility that they couldn't help me, they should have told me from the start or recommended i go to another one of there branch offices. I was looking forward to doing business with Chase, these clowns completely ruined my perception of Chase. I would rather hide my money underneath a mattress before i give one of those tweedle dumbs my business. Don't ever, ever, go to the Chase off 13223 South St Cerritos read more

Absolutely horrible branch. Have had so many problems with their customer service and tellers. Every other branch treats me great. I have like 6 accounts with you guys and am a private client member and still get treated like I'm a nobody. Ridiculous read more

I've been going to this Chase recently. It seems to be on the way from work according to Waze. The lot is shared with other businesses, but the Chase building is by itself. Visible from the street, it's really easy to see. Lot of parking spaces so you should be fine with that. They have a small lobby but it's feels like a really nice office. They have coffee for those patrons, and they do their best to help you with whatever you need today. The tellers are nice and courteous. At times the lines can be a bit long but that's not unusual for a chase. All in all a solid location to do business. I will come back again for sure. There are a few ATM's outside and they have one of the newer ATM's inside. read more

I was considering opening a business account here. Made an appt online. No one called so I called the branch. Carley W. picked up the phone and made no apologies for not calling but proceed to try to help. Basically they did not want my business. My comments were I can't believe you can stay in business and I do not want to be at a bank that doesn't want my business. She could care less that I said that. What a bunch of snobs. read more

Alex is the best! She's helped me out on two separate occasions and one of which was a stressful situation, but she handled it with ease and professionalism. Chase needs to hire more employees like her who go above and beyond to help patrons. Thanks again, Alex! read more

I hate driving out and waiting in line at a bank when there are easier ways to fulfill my banking needs. However there are times when you must visit a branch. This particular location has provided exceptional service and by far is my favorite Chase branch(I don't even live in Cerritos!). I have never had to wait in line more than a few minutes. Also the staff is very friendly and will approach you to help you get you done and on your way without making you feel like just another account. I wish all branches where managed as well as this. read more

How do you write a review about a bank without getting angry? As if giving them free money through the Federal Reserve emergency loan program wasn't enough, they're starting to charge us for checking again! Putting that aside, this bank is actually pretty nice. It used to be a Washington Mutual before Chase bought up the remains of WaMu's carcass and they've done a pretty nice job cleaning the branch up. They removed those annoying security doors they used to have, where only one person could walk in at a time. They've modernized the interior, giving the entire banking experience a face lift. I rarely head to the bank for anything other than the ATM machines, and I've gotta say their ATM machines are slick! You can go online and configure your ATM preferences so once you stick in your PIN, you can choose to do a quick cash withdrawal with or without a receipt, based on your online preferences. Service is about what you can expect from a bank - pretty average. The days of a banker knowing your name are remnants of a time long past. Nothing too spectacular about this particular branch, but I give it a decent score for the facelift. read more

NOT EVEN WANT TO GIVE ONE STAR!!! I will tell you this...... Do not open an account thru MARTINA MACIAS!!!! she is very unprofessional and LIAR....... The lady in the first window was not helpful at all. I was trying to deposit cash for my husband's behalf and she said that they can't accept it because i don't have an account with them. She recommended i go to CVS and get cashier's check then come back to deposit that - WTF!!! So I asked her if they can make an exception as my brother in law just died and so they need the money there. She said NO. I asked for her manager and she said he/she is not available (and didnt even try to talk to anyone higher). So i walked out upset. She started apologizing loud that she couldn't help. i yelled back and said - NO YOU'RE NOT SORRY (b*atch). Very bad customer service ... !!! read more

I really don't like banking with chase but I give it a 3 here because the service is good and it has a drive up atm. I rarely go inside. I usually just come here to take quick cash out of the atm. It's smaller than my usual chase bank that I go to. At least this one doesn't have that annoying metal detector doors where you have to wait until the next person passes through. The one in Torrance has that ... blahhh. read more

Very poor customer service. I guess you need to look a certain way or they won't help you. I waited about 30-40 mins to finally have a banker ask me if I've been helped. Rude employees too. Don't work in customer service if you have an attitude when a customer asks for help, jerks! read more

I live literally down the street from this chase and I find myself always going to the one on south and pioneer. why? because of one employee here. this particular douche bag has made me feel so incredibly uncomfortable, I've had to complain numerous times and now as I am writing this I'm getting all fired up!!! feel like blowing the eff up right now. ugH!!!!!!!ushdfkdufuhdbvkdfbklvjdfklfcdglahivbdfkz!!!!!!!! every time I go in here, this particular employee always makes me feel uncomfortable by giving me his number and trying to flirt with me. and he ain't even all that. He would always time it perfectly so that when it was my turn to see a teller, HE would be my teller. The first time something actually happened....... everything was fine untiLLLLLLLL!!!!!!! in the end when he was handing me my receipt, he wrote down his number on it too. I was so annoyed but whatever. I just threw it away and went on with my day. second time, I walk in there HOPING and PRAYING that when it was my turn to see the teller, it was going to be with someone different...... but what to ya know.......it's the douche! he acts like nothing ever happened until it was time to hand me my receipt. Right before he hands me my receipt, he looks at me and says "okay Lia, let's try this one more time" and writes his number down for a second time! I said "hehe hoho haha ok"...... I had enough!!!! I went to the "information/customer service" desk and demanded that I speak to their manager immediately. I explained to the managers that their little employee has been totally inappropriate with me, giving me his number and always trying to flirt with me!!! I also told the managers that I should NOT have to go to another chase when this location is down the street from me. Told them to check their little employee and assured them that if this ever happened again, I'll make sure to talk to call THEIR boss and raise HELL. FYI....I am happily engaged to the love of my life =). I have decided that the next time I go in there and that douchebag has to help me, when I wave bye....I'm going to wave using my left hand with my my hand turned the other way so he could take a good look at my ring finger. read more

So I go to get a loan and it was the worst experience of my life. Being a first time homebuyer, I met with the loan guy 4 times prior to agreeing to lock in a rate. I asked him to explain all the possible fees, and if they fluctuate. The guy doesn't work wed. so we agreed to meet thursday per his request. So frustrated because I submitted so much paperwork and wasted so much time, only to have the guy try to throw in a $1200 charge on the day i was suppose to sign. He stated that he has no control over it..... Why didn't he explain that to me the first four times i met with him. Because of him, never going back to that branch. Shady to the extreme!!! read more

We went in for a service that we thought would be a long and involved process, but our teller made the process quick and simple. On top of that, we had gone into a competing branch earlier in the day with our dogs, however we had to leave because they only allowed service animals. This Chase branch was very dog friendly and the manager welcomed our furry creatures with open arms, and even offered them dog biscuits! We were only there for a few minutes, but they made a lasting impression with their friendliness and level of customer service. read more
