She walked in around 12:10 and took another (Caucasian) lady before me, stating that "she had an appointment". I explained that I did too..that mine should have been her first..AND that I was here before her. She proceeded to say that she would have rescheduled my appointment "if she was somewhere w/phone service". This adds insult to injury as I am here to make them aware of a mistake that they made on my account.

They didn't allow us to have online banking because we wouldn't open a checking account with them. I was forced to drive to nearby towns to make the car payments. It was either that or pay by mail. Thank God I paid at the bank because I was able to have proof of my payment. After they harassed us for non payment we emailed them a copy of our receipts and just like that the calls ended. I never got a call back or a response to my email to find out what happened to my money in the first place. I couldn't wait to pay them off and be done with them. After that experience I laughed every time the teller would ask me to open an account with them. This place is shady shady shady.

They just told me the amount. Is this normal? Since you guys have only sent me 2 random emailed receipts out of all the years I've been a customer, it's hard to keep track of. Also those receipts don't have the full member number to reset password and try the app again!
