Horrible customer service! Shelly, the new branch manager is…read morethe worst! I had an appointment for 12:00..I arrive about 5 minutes to 12. She walked in around 12:10 and took another (Caucasian) lady before me, stating that "she had an appointment". I explained that I did too..that mine should have been her first..AND that I was here before her. She proceeded to say that she would have rescheduled my appointment "if she was somewhere w/phone service". This adds insult to injury as I am here to make them aware of a mistake that they made on my account.

They didn't allow us to have online banking because we wouldn't open a checking account with them. I was forced to drive to nearby towns to make the car payments. It was either that or pay by mail. Thank God I paid at the bank because I was able to have proof of my payment. After they harassed us for non payment we emailed them a copy of our receipts and just like that the calls ended. I never got a call back or a response to my email to find out what happened to my money in the first place. I couldn't wait to pay them off and be done with them. After that experience I laughed every time the teller would ask me to open an account with them. This place is shady shady shady.

If I can give them zero stars I would. Being helpful and kind is not that hard. My husband tried to…read morereceive assistance regarding a check deposit issue and the teller was completely rude. Didn't offer any assistance and refused to have a manager when my husband asked to speak to someone else about this. It's really disheartening that individuals who handle finances, working people's earned money and in this economy cannot have the decency to be empathetic and provide information about an account. How are you, a bank teller, unable to look into an issue regarding a deposited check. Provide a reason why something may look the way it does. Having literally ZERO answers is insane. And even more so, no compassion to try to explain something or allow for a manager to better explain? Do you not know how to work in a customer service driven business? Even if you are unable to answer a question, delivery is everything. We do not know what you are seeing, what you can and cannot. The lady who assisted my husband needs to be addressed on how to speak to people. Absolutely ridiculous.
