For the most part, this is your standard Bank of America branch. We went to the counter for deposit and then were directed to wait to see a Banker for the other items. We began our process with Justin, which was a phenomenal banker. He was friendly, helpful and genuine in his approach. We really enjoyed chatting with him! Once he took care of us on a few things, he had to get another Banker to assist as his system froze. We chatted with this Banker about opening a high yield savings account. She was super honest and stated hat BoA has abysmal rates on savings accounts at the moment, so she would happily assist, but if we wanted to keep looking she would completely understand. Overall, this was an excellent experience for us. We no longer live in the area, but if we did I would have no issue with this being our go-to local branch!

Can't find and BoA within reasonable distance that still has a functioning service counter. Maybe it's time now to consider moving my business to a more convenient banking establishment.
