So I see that they've deleted my previous review, so since I have time, I will write it again, and…read moreI will keep writing it over and over again, as many times as they take it down.
THIS IS THE WORST BANK YOU COULD EVER DEAL WITH!!!
They take absolutely no responsibility for their actions, constantly blaming third-party vendors for everything. One 3/26/26, they took a duplicate payment for my car loan, when I called and told them, they told me they don't see it on their system, so basically, it didn't really happen. I called my credit union, and they saw what happened and gave me the ACH tracking numbers to prove they processed a duplicate payment and caused my account to overdraft.
They also can't update their clients' Personal Identifiable Information to verify that I am who I say I am. I updated that information in April 2025; they never updated it. Every time I talked to someone, they kept saying "op, sorry, we'll fix that," but never did. This week, while dealing with this situation, I've called them 4 times. Back to the account issue, when I called back to give them the 2 tracking numbers, I didn't even have to give them, it was "oh sorry, we'll have that back into your account by the end of the day today". This morning, Friday, I got a call (still haven't updated my verification information until I demanded to speak to a supervisor). They told me I haven't made my March payment, so I still owe them over $200. What they failed to mention, and I had to get it from my own bank, is that they did make they reversal payment on the 26th when I called with the ACH numbers, and then paid back my bank for the funds they credited me due to the original duplicate payment, so they paid back both deductions that they took from my account. That's pretty pertinent information and would have saved a lot of frustration and yelling on my end.
Yup, I yelled. I'm currently going through stage 3 cancer, door dashing to make sure I can make my payments, and they can't figure out how to take a simple, single payment. I have enough stress on my plate; I can't deal with the incompetent people who apparently don't know how to do their jobs. Thanks to my bank (Shout out to the AMAZING customer service at BECU), the situation has been resolved, but not because Beneficial State Bank had anything to do with it.
