I really like this branch. Now, as you walk in, there is someone to greet you and direct you as needed. It is usually quiet and no wait for personal face-to-face service. The teller called me by name after checking my ID. Service was quick and I was in and out in about 5 minutes. I've been to 4 and I do mean "FOUR" Chase Bank locations near my home to try to straighten out my accounts! This has been going on for at least 2-1/2 yrs. I don't have a car so I have to take my 69 yr old body and WALK to the locations, a minimum of 1 hr each way in Heavy rain, snow, heavy traffic areas, daylight and as darkness falls. After speaking with the "4th banking agent" in as many Chase locations nearest my home, I got no further ahead. FINALLY about a week ago I was determined that I was not going to come home until I get someone that knows what the heck he/she needs to do to straighten out my account! By the grace of God, I FINALLY FOUND THAT PERSON!!! UNBELIEVABLE !!!!! In more ways than ONE though, because the next day I received a NEW Chase card that was UPS overnighted to me! I was so excited... until I tried to use it and it didn't work! So off I walked the mile or more again back to the same Chase bank and of course they had just closed the Lobby! There's so much more I could write about my negative experiences I had with Chase but why continue to allow them to cause me this mental anguish & physical pain having to walk back there again? read more

Talked to a teller who was beyond rude. I explained to her what i needed help with and she rolled her eyes at me. She had a cringey tattoo on her hand saying "with love." Girl, is the love in the room with us right now? Because all i'm getting is hostility. I ended up leaving after she told me i'd have better luck at a different branch. Only one banker works here and they were conveniently not on site at the moment. read more

This chase branch is really nice and very convenient from the walk in to the drive through the employees are great, the ATM is always working and I feel safe coming here during the after hours to deposit money. read more

Unfortunately this is the chase that is closest to my home. The location is great but there are like a dozen potholes that can take the wheels off your car. You always have to be careful pulling into the parking lot. The other thing that bugs me is the fact that even though I have my ID and debit card, they'll still ask for a method of verification that involves sending a text message to my phone and giving them a pin. I have never had that asked anywhere! I'm not sure how I could make a withdrawal if I didn't bring my phone or if it was dead. I always found that this is the only location that asks for that. read more

I went into Chase on Wednesday 5/4/22 to get into my safety deposit box and to make a substantial deposit to one of my four accounts with this branch. I was told there is only one banker that could do that for me, and she is booked with appointments all day. I was told by a young teller to :Go online and book an appointment". (I'm 65, not 25!) I went home and found how to schedule an appointment. THE SOONEST THEY COULD SEE ME WAS MONDAY, MAY 9TH - FIVE DAYS LATER. I have a substantial amount of money with them and four accounts, plus a safety deposit box... and the soonest I could do my banking was almost a week away??? THIS IS INEXCUSABLE. Your shortage of staff should not cause me to not do my banking... not get into my safe deposit box... or WATCH ANY OF THE OTHER PERSONNEL I SAW WALKING AROUND THAT COULD HAVE.... NO, SHOULD HAVE... HELPED ME. I called customer service to file a formal complaint. No one has gotten back to me. I think when I go to the bank on Monday, I will close all four accounts and go to any of the many banks offering hundreds of free dollars to get my business. Very surprised at that bank, but even more disappointed. read more

Chase is experiencing a technical issue that caused duplicate payments. When I used my mobile app to check my balance it showed that I was overdrawn. They processed my single rent payment twice. Before I could even see my account, there were two documents (one doc was 10 pages long) that I had to sign related to terms and conditions. What I should have been seeing was a message indicating there was a known system issue. I went to the bank and they advised me it should be fixed by end of day and any overdraft fees would be credited. I cannot even get money out of my account for gas, and today's activities. Messed up my whole day and let's hope it is fixed today -- Friday. Been with Chase over 20 years. There have been a few times I've worried about their systems. After this, I'm going to seek another bank. read more

I like the convenience of having a bank or two nearby. I just don't like that they close early. I don't get off work till 5 pm. I thought banks use to stay open till 6 pm? I can never go in person to speak to a representative , then on Saturdays they close even earlier. read more

I only went through the drive thru so I can't speak on the inside but it is well kept on the outside as all Chase banks are. I love that as soon as you pull up, you are immediately greeted by someone on the neat little web cams they have. It's really annoying when you have to continually press the call button to get the tellers attention, but I have never had that issue at a chase. The staff were extremely friendly as this location. They were also very quick with my transaction. I have no complaints and will most definitely use this chase again if I ever find myself in the area. read more

Super friendly employees, and I never have to wait in line. It doesn't matter if it's the drive thru or inside, they have plenty of tellers to keep the lines short. They also have plenty of ATM's, so those too, never have a line. read more

Everytime I come to this bank there is always a line and only have one person at both the drive through and inside teller helping people. Figured its after 3 pm to hire one more person. This is ridiculous. Everytime. Otherwise they have good service... the establishment needs to do something about hiring. read more

I have been with Chase for a long time and I have never had an issue with Chase until now. Chase does not offer their coin counting service anymore. They give you the free wrappers and point you to the door. Chase does, however, offer this service to the businesses that bank with them but not to the middle/lower class individuals. I am looking for another bank. It took me 1 hour to wrap $109.00 of coins. It would have taken the teller 5 minutes to use the coin counter!! If you are having this same issue, please write J. P.
