    They wanted to give me a credit card with only 19.9% interest. That's wonderful. They must love me.

    Where to begin, I started a chase bank account thinking it…read morewould be the best bank to go through. I was horribly wrong. After opening the account I had to go back into a branch 3 times to "activate and authenticate" my account. Then I call them and file a dispute a month later because I was overcharged. The claim wasn't even open for 24 hours before it was closed and when I called to ask the outcome they said "the merchant said the total is correct so we closed it". They didn't even call me to inform me what the merchant said or that they were doubling down to not lose money. I have a private bank in Texas that is phenomenal and they fight for their customers instead of rolling over and giving up. I will be closing my account soon and taking my business elsewhere.

An employee there named JEREMY CAMPBELL approached me quickly, was friendly kind and saw me as a human first not just a customer, treated me well, and helped me even further by showing me how to add a few super helpful things like tracking my credit score and goals on the app instead of me having to do it myself through other finances related apps I use which for me is way better since I like to have it all in one place. He was awesome, and the branch has been great so far in the few months I've been a client. P.S. I used to work in corporate at a big bank competitor and can usually figure this stuff out myself so I really need his help and he was great! GIVE THAT MAN A RAISE CHASE!

    After today's experience I thought it appropriate to update my prior review. The bank is quite…read moreattractive, having undergone a complete modern renovation a few years ago. There is sufficient parking and several handicapped spots. What is lacking, critically lacking, is SERVICE! I went to this branch, which is closest to my home, to get a new debit card unlocked as I had keyed in the wrong PIN when attempting activate it. I waited 5 minutes before anyone showed at the podium where customers are checked in. She indicated that I should take a seat and someone would be with me "momentarily". Then she disappeared and there was no one around. One customer was in an office speaking with an employee. After another 8 minutes, someone showed up and asked me what I needed. I again explained what I needed and she asked me for my phone number. The other employee had not asked me for any information. After waiting a total of 20 minutes, humming to myself and showing much greater patience than I usually do, I asked employee #2 whether there was only one person, other than her, working. And she replied "yes". I got up to leave, and she said "aren't you going to wait?", and I replied " I have been waiting for 20 minutes and not much has happened. Why can't you help me? " Well, if you're bored as all could be reading this then you be an appreciate how I felt. She helped me, it took her 2 minutes to do what was needed to be done. I left and noticed a lobby line at the one teller window open. If you've gotta go into a branch, pick one other than this one. Unless you don't care absolutely long waits.
