Love this branch. I've had nothing but great service. The bankers are always helpful and go that extra mile.

I get wanting answers. At 11:15 when I got to the window to get a same day debit card replacement, I was tuned away because it might be after closing before they finished. I was told on the phone to go to this branch and get a card. The teller told me to go to Antioch because they have more people. I said, "what if they can't help me before closing?" And he replied, " if you get there before noon they have to help you." Excuse me? I'm here before noon and you won't help me. He said the banker was busy and it would be after closing time before she could help me again. I went to Antioch where there was also 1 teller and 1 banker working. The nice teller told me to have a seat and the banker would help me as soon as she could. It took about 7 minutes for her to finish up with a customer and she called me over. When I told her what happened in Pittsburg she shook her head. She had also been busy all day and they have the same number of people on Saturday. She had a new card to me in less ham 10 minutes. She was thorough in making sure I had proper ID before giving me a card, which I appreciated since I was there to replace one used fraudulently. The teller at Pittsburg was just worried about not getting out right at noon. But he was willing to make others work extra. I get being overworked but this was ridiculous. Trying to make another branch do your work. The stars are only because driving further did get me a card.

Technically the level of technology has improved, with the automated tellers being easier to use. Online banking has also improved greatly, as it is visually easier to see, and to see the running balances. I like this bank very much so far!

I opened an account here several months ago and have been extremely happy with them…read more Their was an issue with original promotional bonus upon opening the account, and the manager honored the committment of the bonus. The banker in one of the offices was very helpful in ordering new checks. And every time I go to the bank, the tellers are extremely friendly. The manager thanks me for my business. And they also cash my checks, even if they are somewhat above the amount in my checking account. I know Wells Fargo has been in the news recently for bad customer activity, but they have treated me very well so far. I highly recommend them.

Wow-where to start where to start. Ok, so, I never trusted banks, just as a personal preference,…read morebut when I was working I decided I'd take $100 out of each paycheck and stash it away, which was working just fine for me until the stack got a bit thick and I was told to start a savings account where NOBODY but me would have access to it whenever I needed to. Well, I deposited $4000, my life savings (I know sad but I had a very tough upbringing so to me this was a lot, esp compared to the nothing I had) into a brand new Wells Fargo savings account. I was juiced-I finally had a bank account! Well, I definitely celebrated WAY too soon, because waking up the next morning I thought I'd check my account using their "nifty" new app, and my brand new account was showing my balance was at .2 cents. I FREAKED out, got in my car and went down there. This is where it gets fun (NOT!) because after having her check and telling her what I saw, she confirmed my new account was at .2 cents. I, crying and shaking, asked her how tf that could be and she looks at me dead in the face and goes "it was a government agency that took it, and because it was the government we were not given a reason." So my $4000 just got taken from my PERSONAL account and you didn't even press for a fkn reason? Of course they didn't, shit they didn't even CALL me and let me know I got robbed, with their help! I didn't even have that account for 12 HOURS before they HAPPILY handed my life savings over to a stranger-wells Fargo didn't even have a NAME as to whom my money was given to. The teller actually had attitude with me about the whole situation too, acting like how dare I ask her about MY MONEY! That's just the first thing too. They've held my website money for DAYS upon days, making it available to me when THEY feel like it-which is usually 2-3 days late at 4 am. And if you have direct deposit through them? GOOD LUCK getting your money they hold onto it until they feel like giving it to you/depositing it into your account. They also (if you are at $0) will happily overdraw your account to get their monthly $5, when you can't even overdraw your own account, but they can they obviously need their $5 so if they overdraw your account damn right you're expected to pay that overdraft fee. Also, these idiots don't understand what customer service or courtesy is-which is actually dangerous because you don't play with people when it comes to their hard earned money. I will absolutely not be surprised when someone finally says "f this" and goes in that damn place with a not so good agenda, tbh I can't wait. So if you like to fight for your money, get treated stupidly, and robbed, I absolutely would suggest Wells Fargo. Trashiest bank ever

Heads up if you're a customer and need any financial services other than a teller to avoid DORIS!…read moreShe is clueless on how to operate her own computer. She never asks for help on how to work anything. I should have known when I noticed the earphones that she spends her days on breaks and listening to music. So two of her computer don't work properly so instead of letting anyone know she fumbles around until I (the costumer) had to ask for help. My recommendation to Doris: RETIRE.

Dorinda, the teller, and her greasy haired supervisor are absolutely clueless and can't admit when…read morethey're wrong. I had just sold my car and brought in a check to Dorinda. I asked her to call the other bank to verify the funds because I needed to purchase another car asap and couldn't wait for a hold on the check (I've recently worked as a teller at another bank for several years and know that this is possible). Without even looking at the check, she just flat out said no and that I should go to the other bank to try and negotiate the check. I went over to the other bank and they said they can't negotiate a check that large because I'm not a customer but their general customer service line can verify that the funds are available if my bank calls them directly. I went back to Dorinda and told her what they said but she was adamant that it is against federal law to verify funds on checks (which is not true) and in her 20 years of experience at this branch, she's never called another bank to do this. I asked to speak with her supervisor and she confirmed that they cannot do that because federal law prevents them from doing that (still not true). After going back and forth between the two banks several more times and telling Dorinda and her supervisor that they are incorrect, I finally just deposited the check with an extended hold on it. They informed me that they would release $200 within 24 hours, a little bit more in 72 hours, and the rest 10 days later. 10 days! That's a really long time to be without a car and having an hour commute to work! After leaving, I decided to call the general customer service line to confirm this so-called federal law. The person said it's not federal law but it's probably just a branch-specific policy. He called the branch manager who confirmed that this is not federal law, just a general policy they have, but apparently Dorinda told her that she told me she would try calling the other bank the following morning. So first she's just misinformed but then she straight-up lied! The next afternoon, I called to see if Dorinda had called and of course she had not. I complained to another manager about her and he said he would take care of it. And low and behold, the hold was released within 72 hours! I'm not sure why Dorinda and her terrible incompetent supervisor felt that they could pull one over and me and then lie to cover their tracks, but I hope their "20 years of experience" ends very soon. "Experience" clearly hasn't helped either of them know the difference between federal law and a branch policy. Or maybe they just got flustered because they couldn't admit that someone else knew more about banking than they did. Either way, they are absolutely horrible at their jobs and should really think about doing something else that's maybe a little easier to comprehend.
