We have a mortgage with chase, so he took the time to show us how to link accounts and get set up. Unfortunately , The same cannot be said for Mr. Morales colleagues. Another banker named Donna (who was not helping anyone) had the audacity to come into the cubical while Mr. Morales was helping us and asked him to help another customer. So. What was Donna's expectation here? That he should drop everything and help someone else out instead of continuing to help us? It was extremely unprofessional and rude. We will bring this to the attention of the bank manager and regional manager, in hopes they assess this and take some form of action. We shouldn't be made to feel that we aren't as important than the woman who walked in after us and was in a rush. If she felt that strongly, she wasn't doing anything and could have helped them herself. How dare you come and interrupt us while we are opening an account. It was not a good experience. If you are opening an account with chase, ask for Mr. Morales who was fantastic. Stay away from Donna. Hopefully someone will come out and conduct some retraining on customer care and service. I left the bank feeling annoyed instead of happy that I opened an account. Donna- I will be speaking with supervisor after supervisor above you, until I get some results.

She asked if I had an appointment or if I had an account. I said no, I want to open an account. She said they had no openings today, so maybe I should go to Babylon Chase. I had just come from Bay Shore Chase and they were busy so I understood that, but this branch had no one in it and at least three tellers doing nothing. Their great on interest rates if you getting any type of loan. Customer service can be a bit challenging from time to time. Speed of bank tellers really suck. I sat on line for 2 hrs just to take out money. I thought it was ridiculous. Even before the pandemic I sat online for almost an half hour . Teachers always having issues on Friday with their Atm machine. Long line waiting to use it but either it runs out of money or someone card gets stuck in it. I don't understand why they dont have more than two atm machines. Another issue is most banks don't charge fees but teachers charge fees for almost everything. I decided that I'm going to change my bank from here soon. Good luck to anyone who has this bank.
