No customer service came into open account for my kids was told they do noIt open account unless you have a appointment makes no sense see 3 workers on their phone' just sitting around for about a hour with no customers interaction. would not recommend this location trying another one see if they have better service. read more

Ever since moving to the West Valley, this branch has been my home branch. But, with direct deposits, and EFTs, I hardly have need to come here anymore. Whoever, upon walking in, I was greeted by two people, and pointed to an available representative to handle my transaction. She was proficient, and friendly. Overall, a nice banking experience. Challenging location Not the best location This location always seems to be short of staff. I waited in the drive through line for over twenty-five minutes and going inside is no better. This location lacks the proper amount of staff to accommodate all its customers. This a constant problem with this location. They either need to hire more staff or close this location. Horrible customer service. The teller was very argumentative, belligerent, and just out right being rude. Teller transaction took 15 minutes for what should have only taken a couple minutes. Not only that, but the teller intentionally misspelled the payee on the cashiers check. Will never go back to this location. This teller needs to be fired, immediately! read more

Their drive up ATM is like McDonalds ice cream machine...ALWAYS BROKEN. If it is up it normally accepts cash but doesn't dispense. Chile take it out if I have to get out my car in the dead of night to use the ATM inside. read more

Everytime I visit this branch I contemplate changing my bank. Their customer service is atrocious and you'd expect much more but they apparently have low standards. This must also be true for the tellers and associates working at the store as my visit today with sylvida or whatever her name was, was more than unpleasant. She started off the interaction with a less than pleasant attitude and proceeded to ask me several questions that had almost nothing to do with my visit. She also proceeded to ask me if I was a legal citizen despite her having ALL of my personal information in front of her which I found beyond rude and inappropriate. read more

After moving, I needed to switch banks as my old one didn't have a branch in AZ. We ultimately decided to open an account here and worked with Eli, who was more than happy to help and explain all the details to us. My main complaint is that the offer of getting my first few sets of checks free of charge was never followed through by any of the staff. Chase seems to tout the fact that every client gets their own "personal banker" to work with during each visit, but so far I've had one single interaction with mine - and that was setting up the account. Doesn't seem very "personal" to me. read more

As an account holder for 8 years I am appalled by the customer service at this branch. They were rude and dismissive when I asked to see a notary. They told me at 9 am that they did not know when they could get to me although there were two people on the list. She told us to come back tomorrow and referred us to UPS. read more

Transparency is what rings the most here. I set up my first ever credit card with chase bank on their unlimited freedom card. I was explained all fees (if applicable), all interest rates and what my best option was. The only reason I wanted a credit card was to simply build my credit. The cash back option is amazing, you spend money you would spend normally on a debit card, but you get money for FREE (as long as you pay on time) just be responsible! I would recommend this card for any first time credit card users! read more

We have been chase customers for 9 years. We have even trusted them with our small business that we are building. They have been great. But all of a sudden over a minor mistake that has been fixed before they are being stubborn. Saying there is absolute nothing that they could. Sticking to there ways. We have a pretty good amount of money going on there weekly. Also have personal accounts with them. But they are just being carless. Now looking for else where to do our business with. This is the branch we called for help and no help giving. We know they don't need us but they can at least act like they care. read more
