I have enjoyed reading the history facts and all of the nature information that is posted along the trail. It's nice because some days you can walk by and find a concert, or a band playing live music or you can see someone paddling along Onondaga lake in a paddle boat.

I am a recent college grad currently in grad school at LeMoyne College and I share a 2 bedroom suite with 2 other roommates. To split this apartment 3 ways is honestly the best deal around for all the amenities Creekwalk has to offer! I love that it is furnished because I didn't have any bedroom furniture after graduating college. I also really love the fact that everything is included! Although the garage is not affiliated with Creekwalk I was really set on living somewhere that had access to a closed garage because of the horrible Syracuse winters. It is conveniently connected to the building by an overpass. The open floor plans and large windows are very attractive as well as the up to date kitchen appliances. I also really like that there is a trash room on every floor so I don't have to go out to a dumpster. The gym is a nice amenity. Creekwalk is in such a convenient location, right off 690 and just about a block away from Armory Square...It's great to be able to walk to the bars and restaurants! The only complaint I have about the building is that with the high ceilings there isn't much of a sound barrier between apartments. I'm not sure if I just have noisy neighbors but I unfortunately often can hear their music and sometimes their TV.... Otherwise the building is perfect for a busy grad student or young professional! The building manager Brad is super easy to work with and really wants to help you out in anyway he can. Overall I am very pleased with my experience here and will be resigning my lease for another 12 months!

When I first moved in here I enjoyed it. However, since then your management team has been a…read morenightmare to deal with. Gary (maintenance) blames everything on the tenant, lies to cover his own butt, and refuses to help with anything work related. Dave (maintenance) was incredibly racist towards my girlfriend to the point where I asked for him not to ever stop and help me here again. Dave said another maintenance guy Tim who they've since let go was "lazy and useless". He may have felt that way but he should not have shared that with me. When Ryan came on board (head of maintenance) Dave lied to Ryan about several issues again because it seems the running theme here is cover your butt, take as much money as possible from every tenant from the time they first move in and do as little as possible to be there when the tenant needs anything at all. Ryan said there's a 100% disconnect with the office and maintenance, that Amanda brushes a lot under the table. And several other comments that I don't feel comfortable repeating as Ryan was the only nice staff member I met. The one time I met him he seemed very nice and genuine with my best interest at heart. Ryan did say that unfortunately how the complex was built they used the cheapest of materials and every issue I've ran into is common and things they deal with everyday. Gary said the units here are not the Cadillac of units, the appliances are not the Cadillac of appliances however the way I see it is I'm paying for a Cadillac of an apartment especially since I'm paying $1650 a month for a 1 bedroom apartment. Amanda (property manager of The Landings) is a malicious liar and she'll do everything in her power to make herself and her team look the best. However, she does not care about anyone other than herself, the money she's bringing in here and does not care about the tenants. She has had personal attacks against me. She has lied multiple times to my family. I could go on and on. I don't have the time to. The way you all talk to your own staff and workers, from what the lifeguards have told me, what Ryan (head of maintenance) has shared amongst the two of us, that he told me to keep between himself and I about Amanda to how management blames everything on a tenant, is the craziest and most absurd behavior I've ever seen in customer service, let alone a 1 bedroom apartment that I'm paying $1650 a month for. This is the most rigged complex I've ever lived in. I'm shocked you can even talk to your tenants the way you do. I moved in less than two years ago at $1250 and I'm now paying $1650. If I could review this complex and staff less than a zero I would. It's a nice looking apartment in a beautiful part of Baldwinsville. That's all you pay for is that it's in a good section of Baldwinsville and it's a nice looking apartment. As you live here longer the lies expand, they refuse to help you with anything including even the biggest emergencies and the staff is so incredibly rude.
