We called and send emails to this company thru out he year and they kept telling us that the part was still on back order and they said they would take care of the damaged panels. well last week I called to see what was the delay on the part and the panels and they proceed to tell me that the part would be an extra cost and they will not change out the panel because we did not tell anyone for a year. which we clearly did notify them the day of delivery that the panels were damaged and took pictures of the generator hanging off of their delivery truck. After several emails and a phone call to the manufacture, we got the communicating device within 1 day of ordering it. Sirius does not keep there word or honor their prices. They say they care about their customer but clearly they don't care at all. I will never use or recommend this company, you will get the shaft in the end! Keith

They charged me $80 for that opinion. I took it to Sirius. They told me it was a bent pin in the monitor cable. Took 30 seconds to fix, so they charged me nothing. Millennium is a pure rip-off. Sirius are good people.

Many were unwilling to come to our rural location. We were at a lost as to what to do. We were unable to live in our house because it was making us sick. We got a RV and started living out of boxes. After alot of prayers, I was finally given Jason Bland's name and phone number by a friend. After contacting Mr. Bland he came the next day to do an assessment. He answered all our questions and put our minds at ease that he was going to take care of the water damage and treat the wood so we would not have problems in the future. He spoke with the insurance company that day to inform them we had hired him to do the remediation as he stood at my kitchen island. He really got the ball rolling. He told us he would be back in a few days with his crew to start the remediation. He checked in with us two days later to make sure the dumpsters were delivered and he would be ready to go when he got here. He showed up at 8 am with his crew Monday morning and they got to work. He had dehumidifiers going from the first night. It took the crew 4 days to remove all the damaged material and to do the treatment. He left the dehumidifiers going 4 more days until he got the moist down in my house. He even gave us contact information of contractors to do the replacement sheetrock and flooring.
