We called and send emails to this company thru out he year and they kept telling us that the part was still on back order and they said they would take care of the damaged panels. well last week I called to see what was the delay on the part and the panels and they proceed to tell me that the part would be an extra cost and they will not change out the panel because we did not tell anyone for a year. which we clearly did notify them the day of delivery that the panels were damaged and took pictures of the generator hanging off of their delivery truck. After several emails and a phone call to the manufacture, we got the communicating device within 1 day of ordering it. Sirius does not keep there word or honor their prices. They say they care about their customer but clearly they don't care at all. I will never use or recommend this company, you will get the shaft in the end! Keith

They charged me $80 for that opinion. I took it to Sirius. They told me it was a bent pin in the monitor cable. Took 30 seconds to fix, so they charged me nothing. Millennium is a pure rip-off. However, I also do not want this one negative review be the sole reflection Mr. Merchant long-standing reputation on this platform. In my capacity as Office Manager (and full charge book keeper) for a local, mid-sized small business, I had the opportunity to work with Mr. Merchant at periodic intervals, especially at my end-of-year Income Tax Reporting, for nearly ten years. In my experience, Mr. Merchant was highly regarded as a CPA. He was always professional (both in manner and in his practice), he was easily accessible when I needed his advisement, but most of all, Mr. Merchant was generous with me in sharing his up-to-date knowledge and showed patience in his explanations of ever changing Income/Expense, etc. tax codes to insure my complete understanding. I felt so completely confident in his expertise that I referred him to peers without hesitation and contracted him to complete my own personal annual tax filings. Although our routine cooperative work has ceased, I have remained in contact with Mr. Merchant and my opinion of him remains the same.
