More evidence to me that I will never do dealings with them again and even my relatives who are buying 1 or 2 houses a quarter for rentals are walking away when they find who is behind the deal. It's one of those things that when you do the right thing, nothing but positive can come from it. Scam someone and it will follow you until you do the right thing. What comes around goes around. This review is about the force that is Kate Fry with Everhart Studio Real Estate. This was all such a learning process for me and thanks to her, I was able to have it all broken down in Layman's terms for easier digestion. Kate and I hit it off and I think that's due in large part to her no-nonsense tactics that for a lack of better terms "get shit done" in a professional and prompt manner. I know I was definitely on the bottom of her totem pole as far as dinero to spend goes, but she never treated me any differently for it.
