She came home and the next day had kennel cough even though she has been vaccinated. I have been taking Sally here for 3 years and quality has clearly gone down. I will never bring my dog back here, and if you actually care about your pet, you shouldn't either. They get to hang out together and actually play and socialize. The staff is caring and attentive, and I always feel comfortable leaving him there. It gives me peace of mind knowing he's having fun instead of just sitting in a kennel. Highly recommend if you're looking for a daycare style dog wash where your dog can truly enjoy themselves.

Levi is a jerk!!!…read more He called me for a cancellation spot was sweet as pie and as soon as I walked in he looked at me like I was annoying him to even walk in. I told him who I was and just continued to be rude. I still left my puppy for a puppy cut because I've been going to this location since it was CJ's pet grooming over 20 years now. When returning Levi asked me to pay I asked him if I could see my puppy first he asked why. I explained before I paid a tip I'd like to see him. He got frustrated with me and went and got him and put him on the counter I looked at my puppy saw that he needed his butt area trimmed he grabbed my puppy took him to a lady groomer whispered in her ear and before I knew it they shaved his whole butt area. I think Levi has poor communication skills and is very rude. He has lost me and my entire family as a groomer and 4 of us used to go there.
