You are not spending time with the owner, your dog is and she creates a space where dogs aren't disrespected and gets that best cut. I have three dogs: a yorkie poo, medium poodle, and bernedoodle. And each time they come home with the most perfect grooming. 20/10 recommend Again, the owner does have a strong personality but there was a time where I walked in a few minutes early and she was still finishing up my poodle. She tends to get matted in the bum area and my dog would try to nip her but the owner was so patient with her and talked to her like a person. The owner didn't force her to stay still and waited until til my dog was ready to resume. The owner could have told me she couldn't finish and asked me not to come back, but she didn't. She was determined to finish her work and worked with the dog to make she was comfortable.

I told him who I was and just continued to be rude. I still left my puppy for a puppy cut because I've been going to this location since it was CJ's pet grooming over 20 years now. When returning Levi asked me to pay I asked him if I could see my puppy first he asked why. I explained before I paid a tip I'd like to see him. He got frustrated with me and went and got him and put him on the counter I looked at my puppy saw that he needed his butt area trimmed he grabbed my puppy took him to a lady groomer whispered in her ear and before I knew it they shaved his whole butt area. I think Levi has poor communication skills and is very rude. He has lost me and my entire family as a groomer and 4 of us used to go there.
