His bedside manner is absolutely lovely and his examination was thorough (he even explored my nasal passageways with a scope but was very gentle). In everyday language, he explained the possible causes of my symptoms and prescribed an antibiotic and nasal irrigation regimen. I have a follow up visit next month to assess my progress, but I feel better already. He is the perfect combination of a doctor who practices with "old fashioned care" but relies on the most current technology. For ENT issues, I would highly recommend him. He proceeded to put filler in it, which only made the scarring worse. After four tries, I finally gave up and went elsewhere. I am now paying to have the scars treated, which is a slow painful and expensive process that so far has not worked. When I last left a review, the office responded that they would contact me. That was over six months ago and I have yet to hear a word. I am hoping that this review will prevent at least one person from having a bad experience with this doctor. He is very charming at consultation and not so much when you ask him to correct his mistakes.

Everything--from billing to scheduling to communication--was handled seamlessly. Of course, the star of the show was Dr. Fechner.
