2 Stars. The only…read morereason why I come to this place is for their automatic brushless car wash which is the only one of its kind on Staten Island. It isn't perfect but does the job when I do not feel like washing my car by hand. Gas prices aren't bad either and they charge the same price for both credit and cash. That's the only positive thing to this place. Its a gas station I get it but you should at least be able to buy candy that isn't expired or chewed open but what I assume would be mice. Don't even go near their prepared food section or their deli. Trust me. Bolla is now a chain of gas stations throughout the five boroughs and one thing they fail at majorly is customer service. Their employees are miserable, could barely speak English if they speak at all, and look at you like you're less than. I'm not exaggerating here but sometimes you could smell their BO. I will still use this gas station and suggest you do too but remember my advice!

It just seemed a bit excessive at the time, and to do it in front of a customer is just weird. Such lack of basic decency and professionalism. I politely asked if they could please take me before closing and explained that I was in pain. Instead of showing any compassion, the staff ignored me, refused to make eye contact, and completely dismissed me. I understand that employees need and deserve lunch breaks, but this is supposed to be a healthcare setting, and a little kindness goes a long way. It would have taken less than a minute to hand me my prescription and let me leave. Compassion and professionalism should never depend on the clock. What makes this worse is that I know another CVS location has helped someone I know when they made a scene right before lunch. That proves flexibility exists when they choose to use it. I shouldn't have to raise my voice or make a scene to be treated with basic respect and humanity.
