Went to the car wash and paid $16 for the "best" wash, and while my car was cleaner it was not actually clean. There was still noticeable dirt on the car and the windows were not clean. When I went inside to tell them; they responded that the car wash is big a regular one it's touchless and advised me to go to a regular car wash. 2 Stars. The only reason why I come to this place is for their automatic brushless car wash which is the only one of its kind on Staten Island. It isn't perfect but does the job when I do not feel like washing my car by hand. Gas prices aren't bad either and they charge the same price for both credit and cash. That's the only positive thing to this place. Its a gas station I get it but you should at least be able to buy candy that isn't expired or chewed open but what I assume would be mice. Don't even go near their prepared food section or their deli. Trust me. Bolla is now a chain of gas stations throughout the five boroughs and one thing they fail at majorly is customer service. Their employees are miserable, could barely speak English if they speak at all, and look at you like you're less than. I'm not exaggerating here but sometimes you could smell their BO. They really build a very nice market here at the gas station!! It's bright and beautifully clean!! I brought snacks which was fairly priced!! They do sell prepackaged food, fruits , coffee , etc. I see they are adding cooked food too! Due to the cleanliness and respectable service I'm willing to buy food! One star since I can't give none Everyone Do NOT get a car Wash here . Went in just now got a car wash with my mom and water started pouring into the car. Keep in mind doors shut windows shut and locked, went in to complain and they said it was the car not there fault. But the water pressure is strong enough to break window THIS IS THE 2nd TIME having a issue You should have seen the inside of the car it was soaked we had to sit there with napkins and dry it up and they gave us attitude we were not even asking for a refund , we were just telling them the issue and to look into there water pressure read more

This place used to be lot better they had like 3-4 Spanish guys working there and was really good food breakfast lunch anytime you want the all left or got fired and they got all new ppl that don't even know how to make eggs I used to go every day in the morning and lunch and would spend over $100 a week there I will never go back there again the prices went up and The quality of the food went to shit and also all the food portions are small now will never go back there read more

if only you could give negatives... a gas station that wouldn't even help you jump your car after your car dies at the gas pump after you fully filled up on premium gas. The attendants wouldn't even go out to help look at the car in bad weather. I've been filling up gas here for 4 years, and buying random food at the store, but not anymore. Worst customer service I have ever seen. I've seen customers complain to the attendants and after the customer leaves, the attendants curse and complain about the customer behind their backs. Not the nicest or friendliest place there is. These guys are literally out there to get you. The better business bureau should investigate this place. They updated their gas pumps and stores extremely nicely and I was surprised and happy but after the poor customer service I received, for a customer that shows up frequently, and for them not even bother to help! Extremely unsanitary with all of the prepared foods. Guys will touch raw meat then make your sandwich with the same gloves on. They Leave food on the shelves for days then, repackage it when it's past the sell date. On top of being gross they don't even have good customer service read more

its OK but i don't think it looks family friendly. the men are all foreign and well dressed in their uniforms but they don't look like they ENJOY being there. the car wash for 7 dollars is OVERPRICED the machine does not even scrub the bottom of your car its still full of dirt. read more

Never seen rude employees like this place before , they are extremely rude , I'm kind of people who never treated people bad , i used to respect every one , but those people don't reserve any kind of respect , if you ask the manager about any thing he will not answer , he will refer by his hand or ignore you , ask him about a price he will show you his rude as you don't have the right to ask about a price , you should pay without saying any word read more
