At top of ramp with scooter

This spot is a very good place to take your skater or scooters The staff is very nice. It could use a good sweep up but that might be part of the esthetic. Either way, we go on rainy days!

Outside is the only good part!!

Reminds me of ramp riders in St Louis. Dilapidated.. sketchy, a good word! Dangerous another. Completely messy, unorganized. The newer mini ramp room the only positive. Bathroom is as bad as humanly possible. That toilet should be in a museum! What a dump! Good parks have these things called BROOMS, dust and wood chips aren't good for skateboarding. Plus I know it would be mind boggling, a mop after you sweep. In desperate need of good management and ownership. Fortunately before this I visited the excellent outdoor skatepark of Baltimore... Charm city skatepark has zero charm. Hated it.

Waiting for the doors to open.

Amazing skatepark. My son and I brought friends and skated all day. Food and drink on site are reasonable, wifi is great!

Yeah- it's dingy. But, if you like skating, you won't be disappointed. Tons of huge obstacles to try. Overall slay.

Charm City Skatepark - So much dirt, hate that skatepark

I'm not sure what the people leaving negative reviews expected but this exactly met my expectations. The staff was friendly and there was plenty of room so no sense of crowding at any point. I would have to say I agree with one of the other posters, the place could use a bit of cleaning as there is a layer of dirt everywhere but didn't take anything away from the experience. We brought our 8 year old for lessons as he has become very passionate about skateboarding. The instructor, Jason, was infinitely patient and took his time to walk my child through various tricks and moves. Everyone was very encouraging in his learning process and erupted in cheers when he finally successfully dropped into the half-pipe. While my 8 year old was in his lesson they were completely fine with my 5 year old scootering around and all the other riders were polite and mindful of him. As my wife put it after reading the Yelp reviews "its a skatepark...what did they expect". Will definitely be back!

I took my kids with me and they enjoyed themselves as well. The skatepark had stuff for them to do as well. The place sells and makes skateboards as well and they can provide you grind wax too, for the many rails that they have. I look forward to seeing them grow as an industry.

This place is the definition of super cool!!…read more A pop-up skating event was just what this girl needed. A kind invite from my Yelp friends got this all way together. We were able to easily purchase tickets for time elected online. I purchased the adult skate 7pm-11pm w skates. It totaled $33 after fees. The Baltimore Peninsula building was pretty inviting. The kind Security Guard helped us w the parking specs. FYI: You have to pay $17 to park on the parking lot or on the street for $7. The parking fees were kind of disheartening. The skating venue itself was very nice. Once you get off the elevator, you walk into large inviting space. Everyone we had an encounter with was nice and helpful. There was a beverage set up in there as well as a bunch of tables. A bottled water was $4. That was a nuisance. The DJ was doing his thing. Great tunes to appeal to any music listener. Sadly, the evening ended w my ggggf falling and breaking her ankle, but that was no fault of the establishment. The employees were very helpful tending to her, checking up on her, and providing her w things of comfort (physical assistance, ice, water). I would return again if given the opportunity, and I encourage those who can visit to visit and support this pop-up. You won't be disappointed.

I purchased my ticket on online and decided I would bring my adult daughter's skates instead of paying the $5 skate rental fee. The total cost for skating was around $25 including fees. When I arrived I was surprised to pay for parking in the lot across the street when there was no ticket system or gate however, street parking was a little cheaper. The skate location is located on the 2nd floor and of course there is a waiver to be signed upon entering. They have lockers and coat check for I believe $10 extra but, definitely pack lite if possible. The have a small bar in the back for drinks and several couches and chairs for seating. The DJ was on point as I have not been skating in years. We were all having fun as the night was coming to a close. I requested a song from the DJ and as soon as I heard the song I my skates caught on to one another which ultimately resulted in the fracture of my ankle. I was in excruciating pain and staff carrying me to couch and provided me with an ice bag and water until I was able to get further medical attention. All in All~ it was a fun experience until the end. Needless to say I have retired from skating and will not be back.

But when that sportsball event becomes a fabulous pride night that gives away a free rainbow jersey and features appropriate music from the likes of Chappell Roan, Abba, and then some, you best believe that you're inclined to attend in spades! Without such a night it was still guaranteed that I was going to hit up an Orioles game during my Baltimore Visit. But the fact that I got to enjoy a fun night with a free jersey and some free Dunkin along the way made it even more incredible. And beyond that I saw enough to make it one of the best ballparks that I ever attended! Walking from M8 Beer (review coming later) to the stadium was easily accessible to the point that it literally looked like passing through said park before crossing a bridge. From there it was easy access to Dunkin hookups and and Orioles Shopping center that was built to feel like downtown shopping in a strip mall. Once I entered everything you'd expect from a ballpark was to the right side and easy to find, but it was also readily available within reason on all floors. As far as theming, spectacle, tradition, convenience, and then some, Oriole Park was the baseball stadium that delivered it all with a bang and then some!

Parking is a bit confusing if you don't know where you're going, despite the signs, I got directed to the wrong area this year when trying to find lot FGH. Last year I found FGH with ease, but my GPS failed me this time around. Ended up parking in lot C (with no additional charge) due to the wonderful employees. All ball parks are expensive for food & drink, so don't complain. The Local Fry's "The Local" Fries (quadruple entendre?) are phenomenal & worth it. Had a ton of "leftover" crab dip that was eaten without fries left to match. Absolutely horrific time seated directly next to people due to how cramped stadium seating is. First time I went I had nobody near me, this year it was 95°, then stormed, and touching arms with other wet/sweaty folk was enough to make me squirm!
