I reached out to local painters and received various bids, but ultimately went with Honest Guys Painting. Their bid was competitive, (not the lowest and definitely not the highest!), detailed, and they were able to get me on their schedule rather quickly. This was a big painting/staining job; two-story house with a wrap-around porch, tongue and groove ceiling, large deck and detached ADU/Shop. Nick and his crew showed up on time every day and got straight to work, ensuring that everything not getting painted was covered and safe. They worked as a team, methodically prepping and priming the entire project prior to painting and cleaned up the site at the end of the day with absolutely no drama! Nick was easy to communicate with by phone, text or in person, he frequently updated me on weather forecasts, their progress and we were able to color match the original "Obsolete" house paint, deck and ceiling stain colors perfectly. Since I've retired and living on a fixed income, this was a lot of money for me to spend and I feel like I made a good deal. Overall, our house, deck and shop shine like new, I have peace of mind knowing my investment is protected and I'm glad Honest Guys Painting made the entire process painless.
