I walked in with a friend and ended up spending over $300. Gabriela was so nice. She showed and explained so many wonderful products to us. I highly recommend coming here and trying out so many wonderful products.

I walked in thinking it was a pop up but the nice beauty tech explained that the store was the first and only flagship store in North America (if that's what i remembered correctly). How cool is that! I figure I had to come in since every Nordstrom and Sephora I ever visited sold out if the glowgasm tube wands- of course they had them in stock here! Think Glossier cloud paint meets the old classic Nars Orgasm stick in one formula. The store is maroon dominant, just like Charlotte's packaging and branding. There is something to look at everywhere: products, lighted mirrors, ads, demos, tv screens, and even a back room where they have vanities and chairs for services and/or possible classes. The vibe is definitely busy, glam, fun, and chic. If you're not familiar with CT like myself, that's completely ok- you'll get a taste of what the energy behind the makeup is when you step into this setting. Personally I don't think the brand is completely unique, to me it resembles Estée Lauder incorporating lots of pink and some shimmer, but it makes sense since she goes for the super model glow glam look. It's great to stop by if you'd like to see all her products up close! Lastly no parking validation available here.

This is a gorgeous store. It really is. It's laid out beautifully and seemed to be well stocked. Staff greeted us when we walked in and we searched for what we were after. My sister made her purchase first, and then as I stepped into her place to be served next, the girl behind the counter just walked away. No other staff noticed this as they were dealing with some "big wigs" from head office or something, who seemed to care more about how to make more money doing this, that and the other, than serving customers who were at the counter. When eventually the girl noticed her error, there was a slight apology and then business as usual. A company is only as strong as their weakest link, and if something like this happened again, I'd be inclined to purchase other brands considering their competition is everywhere. With that said, the products are good, though expensive, and it's worth using all the testers you need as I've found some of their products can look a little orangey on. Overall, if it weren't for the convenience of being inside a mall, I would be inclined to buy their items at a department store over here, but if you're already at The Grove, then do check out the aesthetics of this store.

Pillow Talk Lip & Cheek Glow in the shade Colour of Dreams and the CT magic loose setting powder in fair! Both amazing!

The first thing I want to bring to your attention is HOW MUCH BLIND BOXES there are of various kinds. You've got some for newer popular anime series to older classic favorites, to several miscellaneous but ultra cute original characters (I'm looking at you, Baby3)! Watch out for end of season sales, although I'm not sure how often these happen, but I was in for a treat the last time I visited in mid-February. They had up to 50% off on select items, and they did not disappoint! One final piece of advice, other than if you're trying to avoid the crowd to arrive at opening hours and avoid the lunchtime, is to BYOB! This means bring your own bag (not booze)! Trust me, you'll wanna thank me later. :) I do recommend a bigger tote bag if you have one at home. The store does provide you with bags, but when your haul gets big/heavy, a nice tote will make carrying all those blind boxes A LOT easier. I went to 3 other merchandise stores including a Final Fantasy popup and ended up chucking everything in my one medium to large canvas tote. My palms thanked me for it. I'll include a picture of next haul since I wrote this review later than intended. Happy shopping!

The shop itself is on the smaller side, but they really pack a lot into the space. They carry a little bit of everything from snacks and blind boxes to household items and stationery. There's also a huge selection of Sanrio and anime merchandise, so it's a great place to find cute collectibles or small gifts. Whether you're shopping for yourself or looking for something fun for someone else, chances are you'll walk out with something. The staff has always been friendly during my visits, and while the store can get pretty busy at times, the overall experience is still enjoyable. Prices are fairly decent for the area which is definitely a plus. If you happen to be in Little Tokyo and enjoy browsing cute or quirky shops, I'd definitely recommend stopping by--it's worth the visit!

My family and I made a short stop at the Little Tokyo Mall in Los Angeles early one Saturday…read moremorning, just prior to leaving for Las Vegas. We were interested in stopping because it was our first time there and wanted to see it, however, we only had approximately one hour to explore. The shopping center wasn't too busy yet since it was so early, but also most all of the stores were closed as well. We did not get the complete experience of everything that this mall offers. A couple of bakeries were open when we visited and I am glad that we stopped! They allowed us to get some sweet treats and pastries, and they actually became one of the highlights of our trip to Little Tokyo! Although some of the stores weren't opened yet, it was great just to explore the area! All of the storefronts at the mall and surrounding Plaza were decorated for the holiday season. This brought an extra layer of charm to the shopping trip and helped create a cozy, festive ambiance! The quietness of the early morning hours created a amazing environment for us to walk through and enjoy our short little excursion to this beautiful shopping center! Although my visit was brief, I thoroughly enjoyed the experience. I would love to go back again, but next time during afternoon or evening hours when all the shops are open so I can finally see everything the Little Tokyo Mall has to offer!
