The staff have always been very friendly once you are being worked on, but don't count on your appointment being on time. On one occasion I was sitting in a chair waiting for a cleaning and one dentist saw that I was there and for some reason insisted that I was their patient and removed me from the calendar of the other dentist. So I got to sit and wait for the dentist to finish with someone else rather than who I was scheduled to see. Today I was there 10 minutes early for my appointment, an appointment that they confirmed 4 times via text, so I know they knew the time. 20 minutes after the scheduled start of the cleaning, they let me know they were ready for me. I had already left 5 minutes prior. So if you want all the bells and whistles and don't care about a schedule, these folks are a great fit. Otherwise, use a dentist that actually respects your time.

My whole family felt the difference in style--always an up-sell. A few members of my family suddenly needed many fillings due to numerous cavities that suddenly appeared. I'm not sure they were necessary since our past exams had indicated exceptional dental health. The new dentist said we needed MANY fillings. A few weeks after receiving these fillings, a few started to crumble. I was going to go back for him to fix his work but instead made the decision it was time to find a new place for me and my family.The customer service at the front desk was not "friendly" as their name suggests. I was so bummed because they've gone way downhill.
