I paid over $85 for a "Speedy, next day Delivery ". My friends NEVER got their "In Sympathy" plant. I talked to Kimberly multiple times on the phone. She kept saying they were delivered, and that she had a picture from her delivery person. I never saw the picture, and my friends never received what I ordered. Kimberly never made it right...but she sure was willing to take my money! DO NOT USE!!! Flowers were ordered through a service. The wrong flowers were delivered, contacted the service we ordered through and they offered to redeliver or credit is. We chose credit. A 50% credit was issued. Within an hour a woman from Charlotte florist of concord showed up and demanded we return the flowers to her. Completely unacceptable, rude service. Delivered wrong flowers for my mother's memorial service! Because Mom's memorial service is in the mountains, I ordered flowers to be delivered to my home and I'll carry with. Charlotte Florist of Concord delivered the wrong flowers. I'm trying to take it in stride because there isn't a thing I can do about it. Too late on Sunday, and I'm heading out at 7am tomorrow morning. The delivery girl phoned the owner(?) and told me: 'She's in the mountains. If you don't like them, you can refuse the order.' i honestly would never reccommed anyone ever giving Kimberly their business. I would give her 0 stars if I could. She was very nice at first, but once she couldn't deliver what was promised, she got very nasty and very rude. Toward the end of last year, a friend's mother passed away so a group of girls wanted to order a braided ficus tree in support. I called around multiple florist before I spoke to Kimberly, but no one had access to one. I called the Charlotte Florist and was told by Kimberly that she could get one so one was ordered OVER THE PHONE by my sister in law. A few days later when the tree was to be delivered, we got a photo from our friend thanking us for the gift... However, it was not a braided ficus... it was a pot with multiple plants. She loved it, but my sister- in - law and I were very confused and upset as what we order was not delivered. So I called Kimberly. Told her what happened, in a very calm mannor. She told me that the ficus tree that was delivered to her didn't have any leaves on it and looked terrible, so she subsituted. I told her that it wouldn've been nice for either my sister-in-law or me to be notified before it was changed. She said "well your friend loved the plants. I told her that you girls ordered a braided ficus, but it looked terrible so I brought this instead. She loved it. And it was an even trade, value to value". My response was, "of course she loved it. the thought of sending flowers while she is in mourning, yes, she is going to appricate it. But the fact that you TOLD HER that she isn't getting what was order and the fact that we had no idea she wasn't getting what was order doesn't sit right with me." Then Kimberly offered to send a braided ficus to our friend or anyone else that we would like to send it to as a courtesy since one was not originally sent. I agreed to that. After literally months gone by, there still hasn't been a braided ficus sent. I've called multiple times, each time saying that there wasn't one on the truck, maybe next Friday. I sent Kimberly a text message in May letting her know that I have felt as if she is giving me the run around about this tree. I never heard from her. So 10 days later I texted her again saying that I'm really dissapointed in this situation and that if I didn't get a response from her, then I would write about my experience. All I wanted was a braided ficus. Never heard anything from her, and I never went online to write about anything, trying to give her more time to come up with one, or at least a response. I called Kimberly today, (August 13, 2018) to see what the update was almost a year later. She said that she got my text, saw my posts online (which I never did until this one) and that she stopped looking for a tree for me. I told her that I had never posted anything online. She got really nasty after this. She told me that on her website, it states that she can substitue plants if nessisary, which I should have seen on her website when the order was placed.... I reminded her that the order was placed over the phone and that I had never been on the website. She called me a liar and said she never promised to find a courtesy braided ficus. Then she told me that she was going to look up my order and call me back since there was some kind of confusion as to how it was placed... which in my opinion, doesn't really matter because we were not told that a substitution was going to be made, regardless of how it was order. Which is what the issue is... But instead of calling back, she texted me, again telling me I was wrong about the order being placed online. She fulfilled her duty, and that there are many other florists in the area, and I should try another one next time. I will absolutely be contacting another florist the next time there is a death and need a memorial gift to be sent. Kimberly is very rude and doesn't care about her customers, or really her reputation. I hope no one else will fall victum to her lies and unprofessionalism. read more

My husband ordered flowers for me for Valentine's from 1-800-FLOWERS.COM. He paid approx. $100. Charlotte Florist in Concord made & delivered my arrangement. They were beautiful, rather small arrangement. After my flowers died and I was going to wash the vase, I noticed a sticker on the bottom of my vase. It was a $1.00 Salvation Army Thrift Store tag. Now I love my thrift stores but when you shovel out $100 dollars, that didn't leave a good taste in my mouth. read more

I ordered from this company twice (Valentines Day and Mother's Day). They were suggested to me from 1800flowers and this is by far the worst company ever. For Valentine's Day, I ordered a dozen RED roses for my lovely wife to be delivered on Saturday and my wife didn't get them until Sunday afternoon. They were dry and wet, water had spilled I am assuming. To top it off there was only ten roses! I called Kim(?) and she told me that she had no control over what happened to her flowers after they left her shop. Seriously?! The beginning of the week (May 2nd) I made two orders for my wife and my mother for Mother's Day and if I knew that 1800flowers were going to use this place again then I would have cancelled! My wife's flowers were suppose to be delivered on Thursday and we have yet to receive them. My mother's flowers we came to find out that her address was out of the "delivery zone" yet they charged me either way! Worst place ever. read more
