John one…read moreof the new owners said that the brakes were good and I could bring the car in a couple of months and have them done. I continued to hear the grinding noise so I brought it in again. This time the old owner Grant was there and said that my front brakes were unsafe and down to the metal when the week before John said my brakes were fine. Naj the other new owner was the one that didn't properly check my brakes. Obviously the safety of their clients is not a concern for them. John didn't apologize or even look me in the eyes when he charged me for the brake job. He showed no regret or concern that he and his co-owner didn't properly check my brakes and sent me back on the road with metal grinding on metal. At least if he took responsibility and apologized I wouldn't be leaving this review. Horrible, shameful service. Would never trust them again.

My sister suggested that I take it over to Hasson in Guelph. She had had her Crossfire repainted there and was impressed by the quality of the work, the honesty of the staff and a fair price. She suggested that I take my car over to to get some ideas on getting the scrape fixed. I walked in in and was greeted by Jerry who took the time to come out and look at it right away. He thought that we could polish out the scrape with some rubbing compound. He went inside and came out with a cloth and some of the compound and in about 5 minutes, the scrape was gone... FANTASTIC. Jerry didn't ask for money but I plan to drop by with some cash as a thank-you. Definitely old-school quality customer service. Strongly recommended.
