Took my car in because I knew my front brakes needed to be fixed. I was hearing grinding. John one…read moreof the new owners said that the brakes were good and I could bring the car in a couple of months and have them done. I continued to hear the grinding noise so I brought it in again. This time the old owner Grant was there and said that my front brakes were unsafe and down to the metal when the week before John said my brakes were fine. Naj the other new owner was the one that didn't properly check my brakes. Obviously the safety of their clients is not a concern for them. John didn't apologize or even look me in the eyes when he charged me for the brake job. He showed no regret or concern that he and his co-owner didn't properly check my brakes and sent me back on the road with metal grinding on metal. At least if he took responsibility and apologized I wouldn't be leaving this review. Horrible, shameful service. Would never trust them again.
