I'm not big on BBQ.. but if you love BBQ this is the dish for you. The second time I got it I asked for the BBQ sauce on the side rather than on the chips.. but it still came on it and maybe because it was later in the day it was much smaller than the first time we got it and the meat definitely wasn't as much. Another day I got the crab cakes. Not bad for $14. Foodtruck wise it's pretty good.. perfectly crisp on the outside served with slaw and home made chips. I did ask for a side of their "special sauce" they hand out with the fried pickles to dip my chips in YUM. Did I love it, no, but for a truck it was pretty good if you're looking for seafood. Fried pickles... delicious but not worth the price for the small boat. On my most recent visit I got the bacon mac and cheese. It comes topped with the home made chips... but good lord if you're getting this don't be fooled. It's not a side dish like all the other trucks at food truck mafia... this lasted me 3 meals. It's heavy but pretty damn good and the bacon is REAL bacon strips cut into gigantic slices not little cheapy bacon bits. This is totally worth the price. Clearly, I've been to this truck a few times already. I enjoy trying the different dishes they have on their menu... my waistline not so much.. thank goodness it's wintertime... this food provides me with some extra insulation. :)

Location is near the Mirchi cafe on Fremont Blvd in the plaza right next to Wonderland smoke shop. There is plenty of parking. Staff was super nice and helped me open the stuck door that you have to pull really hard on to get in. The market is small but curated and I was drawn to the imported potato chips. I picked up a bag of Lay's Masala chips I haven't had since I was in Mumbai, excited to eat it with my sandwich. The sandwich took about 10 minutes to make and panini-press and smelled delicious. However, when I got home I immediately noticed the color and thought they had mistakenly used roast beef. I looked at some of the other reviews and their doordash image and I'm confused on what I got. The pastrami was missing the distinct reddish-pink color from brining and black bark from smoking, I'm not sure how it was prepped in-house but it tasted like roast beef. They are very nice and welcoming, service was pretty fast too. The sandwich is was warm and it's cooked panini style. The bread was warm and crunchy, filled with halal chicken and some sort of mild spicy red sauce. Overall very tasty, solid 8/10. (The sandwich needs be hotter so that the cheese can actually melt). P.s. get their cilantro cream sauce! It's really good and takes the sandwich up a level. The peach soda was $3+ and worth it. Will definitely be back again :)

Everything is fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care. The pupusas are perfectly cooked -- soft inside with a nice crisp outside -- and the fillings are generous and delicious. What really stands out is the service. The owners are so friendly and welcoming, and you can feel the pride they have in their food. This truck is such a great addition to Fremont's food scene. Definitely worth stopping by -- I have already been there like four times AND I'll be coming back for sure.

There's so much filling, and her cortido and tomato sauce are excellent as well! I usually order the revuelta. I also like her Al pastor pork. I like how the slices are larger and has just the right amount of heat. I'm not sure what she uses to marinate it in, but I do like that I don't have to eat little pieces of pineapple. I feel that's just filler. Her food truck is small, but so colorful. There's one table to its right, but we usually order to go. Christina is friendly and accommodating, too. The portion size was generous, everything was fresh, and the flavors were perfectly balanced. The meat was seasoned really well, the sauces were creamy without being too heavy, and the toppings brought it all together. You can tell they don't cut corners. Customer service was also top tier. You get 12 piece of tacos filled with meat onion and cilantro plus they will also give us salsa and lime. It was enough to feed 6 people with extras. DoorDash ordering sometime you could not let them know what you want on sauces and any other extra. I think if you order through the phone and pick up the food is way better. You probably will get all what you want on the condiments. I am just glad they have door dash. Ambiance can really tell you because over the years it has always been door dash. If you have a party try out their Fajita combo tray and taco trays.
