They are very friendly when they call, and give you an estimate. However the actual handyman came…read moreunprepared with the materials needed for the job. He overcharged me for the time he spent with consisted of hanging a few shelves. When I asked him about how he came to his estimate of hours, he said he was still charging me for having to stand around and wrap things up. In other words, he was charging me for the time to create his invoice and future time for packing his tools and eventually leaving which he estimated would be another 30 minutes. He also charged me for standing around for a half hour while waiting for additional tos and materials to show up to complete his job. when I called the office no one answered. I stead they sent me a bill for the incorrect estimate of time and labor. I sent them an email asking to correct the final bill and I've not heard back from them. Basically, what should have cost no more than $500, turned into an overinflated bill for $770. This is completely unfair and dishonest. Don't hire them.
