Maybe the best haircut I have ever had.
Paul and Tracey, and assistant James, could not have been any nicer if they tried. And they did (I need to stop refusing tea from people). The decor is also very inviting, with lots of light pouring in from the huge windows.
A solid consultation kicked things off after an old fashioned handshake (another fail from me there), then the best part of a full hour dedicated to what hair I have left. Including my beard. Lots of great tips along the way on shampoos, styling, etc. Really feel like I got my moneys worth, as they say.
There are so many hairdressers on Argyle Street, especially when you go down a bit further towards the city centre. But this is certainly one of the best, at least from my experience. It's evident that the staff are thoroughly enthusiastic, which is what can elevate a routine haircut to something a bit more social and fun.
Assuming you like that sort of thing.
