So I've never eaten here before but I was working a gig inside the food court and I needed lunch so I figured why not try a new place I got the buffalo chicken sandwich for 8.99 and I did an order through the website so that I didn't have to go on my lunch until my food was actually ready so the first downfall was I had to reprocess my order almost four times I think it may have been something to do with the Wi-Fi though then it took a little longer than the estimated wait time for pickup which things happen I understand but then I go to pick my order up and I noticed as I'm standing in line it's $7.99 for the same sub that I got plus a side of fries so I asked them about it if I could get the fries since I didn't want to pay an extra $2.99 online I was just going to do the sub they said that's only if you order in person which makes no sense normally you get better discounts online and as mentioned I was trying to save time and I mentioned to them that I was working at a booth in the food court but that didn't make a difference so I went to sit down and eat my food It was okay I got everything on it except for the onions and I added extra mayo The bread could have been more toasted give it a little bit more of a crunch but I'm not sure if it's because everything that was on the sandwich or what it was maybe not enough seasoning but it was very bland just a little bit of a kick maybe from the buffalo sauce overall I think it was okay but I was really hoping for more at least I can say I tried it The establishment looked clean from what I could see when I picked up my order. read more

Excellent choice for a whiz wit cheesesteak (whiz equals cheese whiz and wit equals onions) that is as close as you can get to my Philadelphia all time favorites Pat's and Geno's! The Old School Cheesesteak sandwich was loaded with extra steak, had the perfect amount of cheese whiz sauce and sautéed onions landed in a foot long loaf of fresh bread! The fries were perfectly cooked and were delicious with mayonnaise! The iced tea was a great brew! We also tried the everyday special their Chicken Cheesesteak but it could not even compare to the Old School! Next visit we are all going Old School for Cheesesteak! Did I mention this location is an outlet mall with lots of great stores so you can do some shopping while there! read more

I do love a decent Philly Cheesesteak sandwich. Ordered the 'Old School Steak' thru the application. I've been to all the famous(or infamous) Philadelphia steak sandwich stores so kind of have an idea of what to expect. The storefront is incredibly clean. Like it's brand new clean!? When picking up my order, I asked how long they'd been there and she mentioned two years+ and then noticed as i checked in the last and only pics are apparently from the opening as they are 2+ years ago. The place still looks the same. Not one review given in two years. You'd at least expect some negative review because it's really hard to please everybody. That's got to be in a Yelp record list somehow? So the sandwich, the drive home was quite pleasant t as the aroma of my steak sandwich was filling up the cabin. The dog was in high alert as well! Got home, found out sandwich was crazy big so cut in half, warmed up and put some Mayo in it. It was actually really tasty. It could have used a big note whizz but the sandwich was very filling. Also could have used some heat from peppers for me as well. I'll be for sure ordering from here again. The folks working here are quite nice, the place is spotless and the cheesesteak was pretty darn tasty. The app gives you a $5 discount in 1st online order. This is the second time I get my steak sandwich and the meat isn't cooked all the way , so soggy and pale . Very disappointing

They have roaches. My husband and I literally saw the cashier murder a roach in front of us. We placed our order and we're told to download the app for $5 off and right as it loaded we looked up to pay and out crawled a roach in front of the cash register and the cashier hurried up and smashed him and apologized. He didn't look phased... he seemed like he was used to it but recognized we were appalled. We canceled order and left. Y'all take care of y'all self out here,everything ain't what it seems.
