First impressions are everything. Their first impression was not good. First off, the order came out wrong not once but twice. Second, the Ultimate fries were not ultimate at all. The bacon bits on it looked raw. Third, the sandwiches are small compared to other sub shops and for the price you pay it's not worth it. The only reason I'm giving it 2 stars is because the girl that brought out our food was very nice. The manager came out and apologized and gave us coupons for a free fries and drink. She only offered this after hearing us complain that we won't come back while she was eating her lunch. Oh, did I mention that the manager was wearing a name tag made of duck tape? Yes duck tape! 1. Don't waste your money ordering a large sandwich. In the pic, a size large sub is at the bottom and a regular is at the top. Literally no difference difference between them except a little more bread on the large. 2. I ordered two chicken philly subs and the meat on these was absolutely awful - like school cafeteria quality awful. DONT DO IT! The atmosphere is empty, the service is good, the wings had no flavor, they skimped on the sauce, the fries were thick and good. They charged for ketchup/ranch , there is no courtesy ketchup. A 10 piece combo will set you back $21. Just make the trip to BONFIRE because this place isn't close to Cajun taste. read more
