Milton, the new owner, and his partner Greg are the friendliest people one could hope to encounter when shopping in such a large warehouse-style shop. But PLEASE don't let the size of Interiors Market intimidate you. Like I said, Greg and Milton are wonderful, polite, and well informed about their craft. Any question I had was met with an enthusiastic response. The store has an incredible and eclectic selection of lighting, home decor, art, and furniture... and it all ranges from antique, to mid-century, right up to today's contemporary trends. Browsing through the shop may take you a whole afternoon, but frequent stops to chat (and laugh and enjoy free cheesecake samples!!!) with Mrs. Hornsby of Hornsby Cakes will not only keep you entertained, but will make you feel more than welcome into the #InteriorsMarketFamily. First I'll start by stating Chris from Atlanta Irrigation Services is very respectful of our time…read more I made an appointment and although the company is located on the opposite side of the city he showed up with flags in hand on time. We walked the property together and he was able to explain the entire process. I was skeptical as I've had several estimates from Facebook Marketplace and such sites that require upfront payment before any work is to begin. This was not the case with Atlanta Irrigation Services. We agreed that the property needed 7 zones which is about the same as some of the other quotes that I'd gotten. The biggest difference was the attention to my lack of knowledge of a sprinkler system. From different sprinkler heads to winterizing, the knowledge from Chris was extremely thorough and professional. Fast forward to the day of installation. The crew showed up at the crack of dawn ready for action. Again extremely impressive as I've had contractors tell you one thing and do something totally different. The install was estimated to take 2 days but the job was complete in 1 full day. I did not get pictures of the yard throughout the install and was a little nervous as the yard was trenched and dug up in so many different areas. To my surprise when the crew was complete the yard was in great shape. after a couple weeks you shouldn't be able to tell any work was done. Chris came out a few days later to ensure I knew how to operate the Bluetooth sprinkler control box, showed us where the emergency shutoff valve is located and ensured that we were comfortable and satisfied with the entire process. as you can tell I am extremely impressed with the entire process. From sales rep, crew, and follow up. We plan on reaching back out to Atlanta Irrigation Services after we build a garage in the back yard and actually our neighbor was impressed with the install and got a quote from Chris for their backyard. I needed some electrical work done on my 60-year-old ranch house, and Good Electric had come…read morerecommended. The fellow they sent for the estimate, Jeff, wasn't just thorough, though. Within 10 minutes of looking at my house, he noticed that my service drop (wire from the road to the house) was frayed, probably because of squirrels. He commented that GA Power was in charge of that line, and I should call them immediately. I did, and they came immediately when they heard what the problem was (apparently, that's a dangerous situation). Well, after GA Power left, the power "brown outs" I had been experiencing for YEARS stopped. (I had just figured that the wiring in the house was old, and you were going to get a dip in power when you turned on the dryer while the fridge was running. I also figured that the whole house would need rewiring--ugh.) So I was already happy about having called Good. Without spending a dime, I had gotten a serious boost in my power on Jeff's recommendation. The estimate he gave for the work I needed (no whole house rewire, thank goodness) was fair, so I hired Good to do the work, which consisted of adding an outlet below my power box, adding power to my new deck, installing a new outdoor fixture, and changing an existing light fixture into an outlet, also on my deck. A sweet young man named Rohan (Rojan?) came to do the work. He was very professional, cleaned up spotlessly after himself, and actually did a better job than we expected (even though the deck wiring job was to run cable underneath the deck and therefore would not be visible, he didn't just slap it up--it looks and works great). The outdoor outlet change-over was giving him some trouble, but he stayed and figured it out without getting flustered (the problem was from an earlier fix). We were highly impressed with his work and his demeanor. I would definitely hire Good again.
