They fraudulently stole my antiques and art when they closed their shop. I called and texted Mike never would respond. His business partner David had made many unwanted sexual comments and advances previously which had really creeped me out. They were never the same to me after I made it clear that I did not want to join them in a 'threeway'. I wonder if their wives know. They should be in jail !! If anybody else they screwed over reads this you can sometimes find them with a booth set up at Scott' Antique market, which is open once a month for 4 days. If you are lucky, you might find some of your antiques you trusted them with for sale in their booth. They never called or emailed and when I contacted them about buying my items from me or returning them, I was told they were in storage while they look for another place. I love this place! It is my favorite antique store and I go every time I am in Atlanta! The lady that works the front is so sweet and I love the fact they write up little stories about each piece! Immaculate, massive selection, and incredibly knowledge management. Shop is huge but unfortunately easy to miss. Lots of square footage but deep as opposed to wide front. I was amazed at quantity and what I had a chance to look at prices were unusually reasonable when considering quality. I think much is consignment and sellers seems to be very motivated based on comparison to other Antique shops. I went to sell gold and silver and saw 4 sales in the short time I was there. Staff accepted prices offers from shoppers that shocked me. I think I am destined to walk out with none of the gold I am selling them but instead a car full of treasures. ThereIs a NCR cash register that is not only the finest example I have ever seen in person but the finest I have ever seen in print as well. I had no idea they made models this magnificent. It was the size of a VW Beetle and looks to have been crafted for a museum. The prices tag was $ 1,500 and was the Taj mahal compared to other NCR century old models I have seen for $ 7,000 ++ years ago. MyOnly problem is that they are located in a strip that was constructed in such a way that you need to be looking for them to find it. I have been in area for 20 years and only found them via a google, yelp link. Maybe that's the reason for the great pricing when combined with obviously motivated consignment sellers. I dare you to find dust on any of the thousands of items. The cleanliness is actually shocking compared to places with half the stock and square footage. I can't imagine a price sensitive Antiquer EVER touting this place because it. is a shocking wonderland that I would not tell others about in fear of leaking a source that would be immediately invaded by every collector in Georgia.
