They call me by name, even before I send my deposit through the tunnel thing. They set up a savings account for me instantly. They are just great people. Now, I dislike Bank of America in whole because they charge outrageous fees. One unfortunate time, when my husband spent a ton of money and didn't tell me (don't get me wrong...he does that ALL of the time - this story is about the time that I didn't catch it) we bounced a check. Now, we wouldn't have had, oh, I can't remember, say seven bounced check fees, if they didn't put my mortgage payment check through first, deducting the largest amount from the account, leaving nothing, and then charging for the other checks. I called about it and the person (not one of my favorite tellers) said that they put the largest check through first in case it IS a mortgage payment, so it won't be returned. I told her that was ok, but that they had never returned a check of mine...they let it go through, because, generally, I'm good about keeping my checking account in line. That is my beef about BOA. But, I do love the drive-thru girls on Roswell Road!!!!

As soon as I walked in I was greeted. I did not have an appointment, but they were immediately available to take me as soon as I walked in. I went to open a new checking account they have $200 bonus offer going on. David I believe helped me. He was good, nice, and welcoming. He showed me all the products, and explained them well. I wished they gave free checks though like other banks do. He got me out of there quick and easy as I wanted to. David also told me about the different credit cards, and explained to me why I should get one. He also mentioned a free savings account. He also told me about referring a friend and getting a $50 visa gift card. I recommend this branch, it was clean also and very spacious and no long lines. After being irritated with Siri, I come in the bank and was immediately greeted by basically everyone and instantly forgot about my mishaps. The teller that helped me was really nice. We had a great conversation about hiking. What I like about this Wells Fargo compared to others is that the facility is huge. So big, that there is a huge table on the right dedicated to coffee. I'm an avid coffee drinker so my tail was basically wagging at the sight of a fresh pot of coffee.

She refused to wait on us and slammed her office door. She was argumentative, unfriendly, and had the worst attitude ever experienced at a bank. This was at the Ashford Dunwoody location in Dunwoody. At the "concierge desk", I like the fact that the employees inquire what your need is, & do try to assist if they have the capability. For the teller transactions, the line moves pretty quickly due to employees actually working & not just chatting it up. The drive up ATM's - 2 of them are located across the street from the branch.
