Never in my many years as a CHASE customer has a branch disappointed me on so many levels. 1 - An appointment was made with 2 days' notice. The appointment information clearly stated my needs and my purpose for coming in. 2- I was directed to wait in the lobby (Jesse Rodriguez) without so much as a glance up from their computer or a good morning, which I extended first. He seemed annoyed to being interrupted by my greeting. To note when I walked up a)his cubicle was empty...b) had an appointment, c)it was my appointment time - so I naturally walked up to him. 3- A very apologetic associate (Joni) kept shuttling between me in the lobby and this person who had been so rude from the get go. After her 3rd trip, I got up and wanted to speak with this person directly--- he had vanished from his desk. 4 - Joni explained she was in training...she could not help me...and I would have to come back --- totally unacceptable. I lost it. 5 - Another associate - last name Herrera I believe...don't remember I was so heated...came to do damage control, to apologize...and all I heard was the usual...no accountability which translated to - MY WORDS "we don't care you have an appointment, we won't help you, you are out of luck, not today, its not our fault, its the system" I'm so tired of this Customer NON Service, in so many places. Its an epidemic. Seems the world has been taken over by auto-matrons, robots, non-thinking, non-sentient beings. The only offer I got was to make another appointment. I did make it - but once I walked out I realized, this is not where I want to be, the energy and treatment I want to experience, and I lost ALL confidence that these folks could even help me. I went to another branch where I am always greeted cordially, my questions get met with a 'can do' attitude and they are solutions focused. I don't know what is going on at the 6180 Roswell Rd, Atlanta CHASE Branch, but I sincerely hope they get their act together soon. Welcome to my review…read more Parking is great here with a lot of room. They do not have a drive through since they are located in a plaza, but they do offer a outside ATM. As soon as I walked in I was greeted. I did not have an appointment, but they were immediately available to take me as soon as I walked in. I went to open a new checking account they have $200 bonus offer going on. David I believe helped me. He was good, nice, and welcoming. He showed me all the products, and explained them well. I wished they gave free checks though like other banks do. He got me out of there quick and easy as I wanted to. David also told me about the different credit cards, and explained to me why I should get one. He also mentioned a free savings account. He also told me about referring a friend and getting a $50 visa gift card. I recommend this branch, it was clean also and very spacious and no long lines. Jonathan is the man…read moreto go to and see if you are looking to get an extremely great price for your gold, silver etc. Once you get to know him and make a couple transactions, he is extremely easy to get in contact with and more than willing to meet up even after closing hours once you develop a working chemistry and comradely with Jonathan. He likes what he likes just like other business owners in this type of field. Don't waste his or your time though by bringing in items that either have no gold, sterling silver or real diamonds UNLESS the items are designer brands like Prada, Louis Vuitton etc. He still tries his best to make an offer on 'not so great' items when others would just turn you right down. Of course he is going to give you the best prices when it comes to Troy Bullion whether bars or coins. Also, makes very generous offers on gold karate rings and will add more money into the mix when diamonds are on them (even if they are a little small). All in all, Jonathan is a great guy to do business with and he is the only guy I will go to when I have some nice high end quality gold and diamonds!
