No restrooms for Clients !!!!! I understand for public outside but for customers I don't appreciated that

The lack of common courtesy, disrespect, and unaccountability of the bankers at this branch was astounding. Never in my many years as a CHASE customer has a branch disappointed me on so many levels. 1 - An appointment was made with 2 days' notice. The appointment information clearly stated my needs and my purpose for coming in. 2- I was directed to wait in the lobby (Jesse Rodriguez) without so much as a glance up from their computer or a good morning, which I extended first. He seemed annoyed to being interrupted by my greeting. To note when I walked up a)his cubicle was empty...b) had an appointment, c)it was my appointment time - so I naturally walked up to him. 3- A very apologetic associate (Joni) kept shuttling between me in the lobby and this person who had been so rude from the get go. After her 3rd trip, I got up and wanted to speak with this person directly--- he had vanished from his desk. 4 - Joni explained she was in training...she could not help me...and I would have to come back --- totally unacceptable. I lost it. 5 - Another associate - last name Herrera I believe...don't remember I was so heated...came to do damage control, to apologize...and all I heard was the usual...no accountability which translated to - MY WORDS "we don't care you have an appointment, we won't help you, you are out of luck, not today, its not our fault, its the system" I'm so tired of this Customer NON Service, in so many places. Its an epidemic. Seems the world has been taken over by auto-matrons, robots, non-thinking, non-sentient beings. The only offer I got was to make another appointment. I did make it - but once I walked out I realized, this is not where I want to be, the energy and treatment I want to experience, and I lost ALL confidence that these folks could even help me. I went to another branch where I am always greeted cordially, my questions get met with a 'can do' attitude and they are solutions focused. I don't know what is going on at the 6180 Roswell Rd, Atlanta CHASE Branch, but I sincerely hope they get their act together soon. I went in on a time crunch to get a cashier's check from my business account paid out to myself and was initially denied because my personal details didn't match my driver license info. My address on my identification is the same as my business address but still couldn't get a cashiers check. Spent about 30 minutes, missing a meeting trying to get this check. I asked several times for a manager and was told she was busy. Finally another manager came and approved the check. read more

I am thoroughly disappointed because I had to wait for 25- 30 minutes to get a document notarized, just to be told that I could not be helped since my documents were not related to Chase. It is upsetting because that could have been explained to me when I told them what needed when I walked through the door. It was a complete waste of time. read more

The Atlanta branches vary widely. I don't like this one. One teller window - backs up quickly Self service kiosk to withdraw large amounts but does not give $100s (defeats the purpose of the high withdrawal kiosk.) Hard to access from the south during heavy traffic hours. read more

Vice president, Willie Stephens is a dishonest person, do not trust him at ALL. I came in for a simple banking need and it turned into a legal issue. If you have an account with Chase bank you may want to reconsider your relationship especially at this location. read more

Very disappointed with this location, they told me they cannot print statements going back for the last 2 weeks anymore, I need to go online for such. If I cannot accomplish "such" at physical locations, why do they have to have their real estate buildings anymore? Or are they without printers? Hard to believe! This is the biggest fraud in modern history what these banking institutions are pulling on us! People wake up! The guy in the lobby is rather sarcastic than professional, should not be a people-greeter up front. read more

I am not a big fan of coming into a bank, waiting to be sat down with a banker just to change my PIN number to my card. One of the bankers asked if I needed help as she came to sit down with another customer, the banker said that she would be right with me after she is done with the lady she came to collect. Another guy comes in and needed to speak with a banker as well, so instead of him waiting his turn as I am next up they allowed this guy who just walked in skip me as if I was not sitting down to be up next. I will not be back to this location as it needs more order. read more

So, in need of some cash today while in Sandy Springs, I went to an ATM at a Chase branch at Roswell Road and Mt. Vernon around lunchtime. I put my debit card in the machine, and hit the buttons to get $100.00. The machine made some noises and completed its process without spitting out either 5 $20 bills or a receipt. My first thought was that I'd just lost $100.00. So I went into the bank and told the (only) teller in the bank what happened. He accessed my account and informed me that that there a debit of $100 showed up in my checking account but also a $100 credit, so all was well. I then asked him about what was going on with the machine and he said that the branch was aware of the problem with the ATM but that it but would soon be replaced. I then asked why there was no sign on the machine warning Chase customers that the ATM was out of order and he said "WE ARE NOT ALLOWED TO DO THAT" (that is me shouting, not him). So when I got home, I called the Chase 800 number to complain about the incident. After I told my story to the Chase agent that answered, he informed me that he was sorry about my problem but that Chase did not own these ATM machines and did not service them and that therefore it wasn't Chase's fault that I had had this problem. I responded that the ATM had the word "Chase" and the Chase logo on it, that it was on Chase property, and that the obvious expectation by Chase was that Chase customers would naturally use a Chase ATM located at a Chase bank. On that basis, I said that there was a logical and reasonable expectation that if the a particular ATM was on the fritz, that Chase would inform its customers of that fact by placing a warning sign on the ATM. I then told the agent that his response was ludicrous and asked to speak to a supervisor . . . the supervisor said she was sorry for the inconvenience and would pass my comments on to the Chase ATM Division. read more

Typically, I'm not a fan of dealing with more grown up things like banking. It is usually a long, drawn out process, people try to sell you on a bunch of services, add-ons, etc. that you don't really need and I end up leaving irritated and annoyed and trying to figure out how to cancel all the extra crap. This time around, I needed to open a business checking account and I had done my research ahead of time. This location of Chase was new and around the corner from my house, so it was perfect. Easily accessible from both Roswell Road and Mount Vernon Highway, I pulled into the parking lot and parked with no issue (plenty of spots). I walked in the door and several employees were milling about just waiting to help people. I was immediately asked how they could help and I explained what I needed - I was introduced to Marcos - who handles Business accounts. Marcos directed me to his office/cube and we started discussing my needs. He pulled out a laminated card with my options and we discussed how many transactions I would be doing in a month - shocking, he agreed the minimal account was perfect for me (no upselling!). And right away, he started opening my account - how refreshing! Within an hour, I had a new business checking account, a complimentary business savings account, a newly printed debit card (they print on site), 3 checks (also printed on site) to tide me over until my checks get mailed and I was taught how to use the fancy deposit kiosks (so cool and high-tech). Also, Marcos listened to my banking needs for my personal checking and made recommendations on what I might want to do for my future. But also, was not pushy! I love it - no pressure, easy pisy, in and out without any stress. Maybe I don't hate the grown-up things so much any more. I appreciate ease. read more

The branch is very high tech, I was more focused on the environment then what I was actually being told. They print your cards here right on the spot. Dale is great, by far one of the best experiences I've had in a bank. He went above and beyond to help me & I wasn't even doing anything major but he showed every customer is important to them. read more

Wanted to open an investment account for the kids. Can't do this online with Chase, so wife calls. Can't do this over the phone, they say, so come in. No problem, when can I come in, she asks. Any time, they say. She leaves work, and shows up at the bank. Oh sorry, they say, the investment advisor is on vacation. WTH, she says, and leaves. We open an account on Schwab, takes 15 minutes, and you can do it online. The kicker is that days later, she gets a call from Chase's "advisor." He's back from vacation, I guess. Oh sorry, he says, I'm double booked on the appointment you didn't make, can you come in at another time? This is why I don't like banks. I need them, I'd like to have good ones, but therein lies the rub. You are not a customer, you are an asset, and you get treated like it. Chase, the Comcast of banks.
