I was told specifically by the small business department who I spoke to on the phone to go into the branch and ask for a specific form. The employee at this branch questioned me about what I was told several times and was insisting that I should be able to accomplish what I need to accomplish online even though I explained that I already tried it with the representative who I spoke with on the phone. Because I started getting annoyed after being questioned and doubted several times about the information I had provided, a senior employee decided that it was appropriate for him to come out and defend the other employee who it turns out is new. I'm sorry but if you're a new employee and your customer is telling you something that they're not able to accomplish online because that is exactly what the online rep told them then maybe instead of continuing to question and doubt the customer you should pick up the phone and call someone and inquire about a process that you are unfamiliar with. So instead this senior employee decided to say that I was the one that was being unreasonable. I will never go into this branch again I will not be treated that way and I recommend you don't either.. perhaps training your new employees more appropriately would have been the better way to handle this rather than taking it out on the customer. Pathetic excuse for any type of customer service. read more
