Then they sent me arbitration forms but they wanted all the account numbers and no one would help me so I got nothing from all the confusion cos they wouldn't let me close any of those accounts!? What a contrast Ms. Ponce's professionalism and friendliness were against his experience with Wells Fargo which had caused him gross inconvenience because of a forgotten pin number no matter what identification and documentation he provided them --- to the point of themselves being suspect as offensive and untrustworthy. We initially went to the branch off of Grant where I initially (YEARS ago) experienced horrible service, but thankfully they were closed for whatever reasons which lead us to Ignacio branch. We didn't make an appointment and wasn't brushed away but rather greeted and assisted by Victor. His professionalism and nice mix of being personable was absolutely amazing and so appreciated. He was efficient, communicated very well, and made this experience refreshing after working with other major banks with service issues.
