So, we found the Women's Clinic at the Grove. Our first visit was less than desirable but they promised to help so we were hopeful... My how we were wrong! During her second consultation the nurse was unprofessional, rude, and refused to hear what was going on. My wife even pleaded with the nurse to hear her and not make light of her situation. We were assured that she would be helped. Once bloodwork came back, we were told they wouldn't help. Again, trying our best to obtain the help needed they agreed to help but then passed her between NPs until ultimately gaslighting her. The final straw was when my wife called me in tears, in complete despair and hopeless to find help due to the Women's Clinic at the Grove Gaslighting her again and making accusation about her symptoms. How embarrassing, that professional nurses (rather unprofessional) reduce themselves to gaslighting patients that need serious help. We are simply looking for a little compassion, care, and a listening ear that is willing to help us through this extremely difficult scenario. We know and understand her condition is not normal, which is why we need an ear to hear and help us. Instead, you can expect to be humiliated and gaslighted by the Women's Clinic of the Grove. Simply inexcusable and massively unprofessional.

They didn't even have my surgery listed in my patient chart, although it was performed by a doctor at their facility and they previously billed me $500. I don't know what is going on at this facility, but patient care doesn't seem to be their mission.

I made an appointment with MMWC as a new patient and was assigned to Dr Lee. Now let me add a…read morecaveat to this review...I have never met Dr Lee until the day of my appointment so I don't know if her demeanor during my appointment was normal or she was just having a bad day or it was the fact that her MA knew less about GYN issues than most men (it was apparently the MA's very first day at MMWC) but Dr Lee had decided before she even walked in the room what my issue is (I heard her in the hallway talking to the MA and asking the MA several questions that she didn't ask me). Due to the MA's newness she ran through the questions and didn't ask for explanation "because there were so many questions" and she apparently didn't have time to ask all the questions or get explanations for the answers and those questions that the MA did ask gave Dr Lee a very skewed idea of my issue and because of that she decided that my issue was due to a back problem even though during my exam and subsequent ultrasound I about jumped off the table due to the pain. When Dr Lee did ask me questions as soon as she heard the beginning of the answer, she cut me off and didn't listen to the explanation. I do have to say that the front desk staff was great and I was seen only minutes after my scheduled appointment. I was able to get in quickly when I called to make my appointment. The sonographer (the person who did my ultrasound) was amazing, she was very apologetic about the pain she was causing me and she tried her very best to help me feel comfortable during the procedure. I hope that Dr Lee was just having a bad day and that the issue with her new MA was the problem but Dr's need to listen to their patients especially OB/GYN Drs.

I have been rescheduled for the same IUD removal and insertion, no lie, four times. They don't care that people have to request off work in advance and that there's scheduling to be done, or that we're literally scheduling around our menstrual cycles, or that it's just very stressful to mentally prepare for this procedure over and over. At least this time they offered me another doctor instead of rescheduling, thank god, but once this is done, I will never ever go back.
