We recently moved facilities, and I needed to set a shared office up for two staff. Pinnacle hooked me up. I went to the warehouse, and gave them measurements. Instead of desks, we choose workstations. Got a fantastic price which included installation. Installed the next day. Yeah. That's the way to do business.

The store was remarkable in the sense it is smaller yet almost every office set up you might want seems to be on display. We quickly settled on an L shaped configuration ac matching cabinet and well beneath our "guess" at the price. Two things that stand out. We paid for delivery and set up. It arrived on time and could not have asked for more professional a gentleman doing the installation. I had a minor defect ( from manufacturer-they would not have known) on the cabinet. Hard to see unless you are looking specifically for it. I texted Jake at the store, sent a picture and within minutes I had a response saying the part was on its way-that simple. It came in about 3days. Perfect response from a business. I am so impressed I will had Joe's to the list we have of business's we provide to the residents of our association. If you are looking for that desk or chair or anything for your office-I cannot recommend them enough. An outstanding local business.

If I could only give them more than 5 stars, I would definitely do it! This store is all about providing excellent customer service! Whether you pay more or less for it, you can buy ink just about anywhere. However, here from the moment you open the door the owner and staff will assist you. They will do their absolute best to accommodate your needs... Be it the right cartridge for the type of printing you do to possibly needing a new printer, they will take the time to listen and advise. There is never any push to sell you what you don't need. They will not oversell . I find that with smaller businesses - those who are smart know full well that as much as its great to make the sale of a big ticket item, it's much smarter to advise ONLY what the customer actually needs. This creates trust! Repeat business! And referrals! which a vital to their existence. We need more stores who operate similar to this one..... Again, as I may have added in my last review, I won't shop anywhere else!
