I visited the PA Center for Wellness for the first time today to get a consultation and to have a Lipo Laser treatment. I was able to buy a Groupon for this session and so the price was very reasonable. I know nothing about these kinds of procedures so did some research on the Lapex 2000 LipoLaser. In Lipo Laser the machine uses light wavelengths to target fat cells; the paddles are placed on the skin for 10 minutes or so and the procedure is totally non-invasive. I met with Dr. Grim who was friendly, knowledgeably answered all of my questions and gave me some additional tidbits to think about. I have to admit I was a bit skeptical about whether I would see any results. Like many women near 50 I have a few pounds that just refuse to go away. Dr. Grim has administered thousands of sessions with over 2,000 customers, so he has been around the block and has some great lessons learned to share with his patients. Measuring my abdomen before and after proved that I actually lost 2 full inches just from this one session. I am more motivated to continue my more healthy eating habits and regular exercise along with these Lipo Laser appointments. I have never written a review before but this experience was so terrible that I needed to let everyone know how that how bad it was. I made a consultation appointment which they only take on two days of the week after the doctor was away for two weeks on vacation. After driving an hour and a half which they knew about I called 15 minutes prior to let them know I would be literally four minutes late. I was put on hold and then told it was ok. I have a picture of my gps because I could not believe when they called me when I was five minutes away to say they had to reschedule me. I had missed the call because I was in the middle of nowhere and Reading PA so when I tried to call back they had shut off all of the lines and when I showed up three minutes later the doors were locked. It was so unprofessional I will never go back there. read more

Bought a Groupon laser lipo treatment for a little slimming before my beach wedding. First issue was the thighs were going to be extra money on top of the Groupon cost, which was not posted anywhere. First appt everything was fine and I actually did see a small change so felt pretty good about continuing the treatment. Second treatment same. But the others I saw no difference. My big issue though is when I called to reschedule some appts (I am on call for work) they re booked the appts for me without telling me, and then charged me for no show and were really nasty about it. Dr. Charles Grim is THE best chiropractor in this region and I know because over 30 years my wife and I have been to a few. Once we met Dr. Grim about 20 years ago, it was our last search for a GREAT chiropractor. I purchased this groupon for a 3-session laser treatment. The problem is that their equipment is very old and is actually missing pieces for example laser/light bulbs. The exercise equipment makes loud sounds that makes you feel unsafe being on it. It was not a good experience. Overall cleanliness and hygiene practices of the facility were also not up to standards. read more

Susan D. I highly reccommend Dr. Grim and his staff. I have been coming to the Laser Wellness Center in Holmes, PA for 9 visits now for laser lipo. It works! My thighs were so out of proportion with the rest of my body. Each time I went I saw a reduction in the mass and my skin was less bumpy. Not only did my fat melt, but my skin shrunk so I do not have lots of loose baggy skin hanging. I followed the protocol they asked me to which consists of drinking about the number of ounces of water per day that would equal 1/2 of the number of pounds of my body weight, using the total vibration platform and exercising. I am eating smaller portions and the same healthy foods I have always eaten. The weight has come off like never before with the same watchful consumption of food in my diet. I never was a junk food eater and always have exercised and never saw results like this. I am now down 2-3 pants sizes. My results are confirmed by ever- shrinking thigh measurements. Everybody noticed when I wore shorts on vacation 2 weeks ago. I no longer have to cover up to hide cellulite. The cost of the procedure is a fair price with the groupon and not any more if you buy more packages after that directly from the offfice. I only wasted my time commuting and waiting in a place where they made you feel like a number. At Laser Wellness Center, you can relax in a private room and let the lasers liquefy the fat for easier removal from the body. At the Laser Wellness Center, they do care about you and your overall wellness. I have been driving 45 minutes each way to the office and do not regret a minute of it. It is worth the trip. Regina, the wonderfully kind woman who performs the procedure is easy to work with and pleasant. Jamie, who works at the front desk and handles the billing is also delightful.I have had to reschedule because of illness and also had traffic problems on I 95 and called the office as soon as I realized the problems might interfere with my appointment. I was treated with concern and courtesy and allowed to reschedule. I have met a number of other clients during my time here and they all seem pleased.So, if you are serious about getting rid of hard- to- reduce fat, smoothing cellulite and losing weight, do this. I just met Dr. Charles Grim on Monday November 13th for the first tme. I was a new patient and he and his staff were friendly and very professional. After getting my treatment i told Dr. Grim about my cat who had just become paralyzed last Thursday evening and how i had already taken my cat to the vet and got xrays but the vet still didn't know what or why he couldn't stand or move hia right leg or tail. He immediately asked me to go home and bring my cat back to him so i did. After reviewing his xrays he manipulated my cat and told me to bring him in again this morning so i did. This time he examined my cat and did a few more manipulations. When i put my cat down on the floor, he tried to walk on his bad leg. I won't call it a miracle yet , but he certainly did try to stand on his right leg. All four of us witnessed it and I'll be bringing him in again on Thursday for another treat. I am also feeling better all over and on Monday i could barely walk sit stand or bend. I would highly recommend this Dr for both you and your pets. read more

Due to my busy schedule, I dont want to waste my money if I have to wait several months to have this done. So I called to find out what there scheduling timeframe was. This is how that phone call went..... A man answered the phone and said " Hello, can I help you"? I asked if this was the Laser Wellnes Center and he said " yes, it is". Ok, that rubbed me wrong. He said, "yes we do lipo laser here, but I dont understand your question"? HUH??? Then he said he would put me the phone with someone who handles the appts. OK, NOW WERE GETTING SOMEWHERE, OR SO I THOUGHT. So a girl answers the phone and I again tell her Im interested in Lipo Laser and I would like to know their appt AVAILABILITY. She says "We do Lipo Laser on Mon, Tues and Wed". OK IM STILL WAITING FOR YOU TO ANSWER MY QUESTION.....So let me rephrase..." What is the next available appt you have open for this"?
