She filled the cavity for me with the request that no numbing agent was used. She gave me a break when I needed one and allowed my husband to come back only because I couldn't calm down. I went to Blue Plum dental, who kicked me out due to my anxiety. So, I chose to go to Johnson City Dental instead, knowing my insurance wouldn't cover their services. Dr. Patel took care of my health even when it was hard on her. She did the same for husband who has had to have 2 tooth extractions due to a broken tooth. I would gladly choose to pay 100% out of pocket to go here than somewhere that accepts my insurance.

The lady who explained the coding just acted helpless as if she couldn't possibly be expected to give a customer heads up that when their child turned 14, the insurance would no longer consider him a child. I personally think that is not something she just discovered, and did not know when your office sent texts to me to update info and confirm the appt. My case was a little more complicated than most, and throughout this long journey, Dr. Jewett worked closely alongside my dentist, Dr. Susan Creech, and my oral surgeon, Dr. Stephen Yallourakis, to make sure everything came together perfectly. What really stood out to me was how collaborative, patient, and encouraging everyone has been every step of the way. Orthodontic work can be a long process, but this team made it so much easier with their professionalism, kindness, and sense of humor. I'm finally nearing the finish line, and I truly couldn't have done it without this amazing crew. Honestly, I might even miss going into the office... guess I'll just have to "accidentally" break my retainer every once in a while. Thank you all for giving me not only a smile I'm proud of, but such a positive experience along the way!
