I am not happy that I had to wait more than a week to get the boots already paid for (size was not available in my chosen colour); they told me it would take ONE WEEK to bring the available ones (from Northallerton).
OK one week is agreeable given the adverse weather conditions. But after more than one week, no sign of the purchase and no telephone call. I had to call 08450179066; very long wait for someone to pick up the phone. Why because business is so good everybody is so busy and nobody remembered to tell me about my purchase. Later I was told the boots had a mark on it and were sent back but it was very hard for me to believe this.
When people buy something, obviously they need it in good time; who wants to wait more than one week for a pair of boots (when told they were available in another local branch) ? I bought a coat from Belgium and it arrived in just two days.
Everyone is polite of course, as this is the norm. I am not a happy customer. I canceled my purchase of course. Buying is ok, but my advice for anyone is not to order anything from the Middlesbrough branch. They are simply too busy. read more
