Thank God she showed her true colors before we signed a contract for her to list our property for sale and buy another property. She did not think I would be told what she had done. Stacey grew up in the area and knows it like the back of her hand and she provides a full service experience like you've never had before. I get all the benefits of the personal attention of a smaller firm but with a larger nationally known firm behind it. Yes, it's the best of both worlds!!! Stacey takes care of everything and is an unbelievable partner in the entire experience. It's now a week after my sale and she still assisting me. If you are looking to buy or sell a home in the Reno area you're a fool not to use Stacey and her partner Carrie. they are simply the best! We found them all the way from California and we couldn't be happier. Stacey is only interest was in finding the perfect home to meet our needs not a quick sale and she was patient throughout the whole process she knew what we were looking for and when she found it she called me and help me get it I couldn't ask for anything more.

We had an excellent experience with them as our buyer agents so decided to go with them as our seller agents. They did an outstanding job for us; we closed on the house sale in about a month and a half from when it was first listed; and they were wonderful to work with. They are extremely knowledgable on real estate sales and the Reno market; demonstrate great instincts and judgment in advising us at key decision points; are very responsive; and put the seller's interest first, always. We have bought and sold five houses over the course of time and there is no one I would rather have than Justin and Tasha Rossi to be our agents; both for buying and selling. We are grateful for their help and are fully satisfied with their service.

My spouse and I live in Denver and have been looking for a house in or near Carson City. We have…read morebeen there a couple times in the last six months to look at properties. We have also been in constant contact with our agent. Long story short yesterday we agreed to make a full price offer on a property listed by Shirley Larkins. Our relator got back to us a little later and said the seller had received multiple full price offers and asked if we would be willing to amend our offer, we agreed and amended our offer above asking price. Our realtor once again reached out and said the seller would be accepting offers until 5pm on 3/30 for anyone to make their best and final offer and they would be making a decision by 10am on 3/31. We had not decided on a new offer yet as we were told we had basically a day to think about it. With all of that said this morning we were informed that the owners had accepted another offer, so we are SOL. This is bad business on Shirley's behalf and flirts with breach of contract seen all of the above is in writing.

Let's face it, there are too many people out there looking for a quick buck who leave you high and dry or with too many unanswered questions...not to mention lack of any type of communication. Then occasionally you find a diamond in the rough like Shirley Larkins. Having dealt with several agents in the past, I was prepared to expect mediocrity yet my wife and I were absolutely surprised within the few moments of first meeting Shirley. She not only is vivacious and full of positive energy but she listened to our needs/wants for our next house. We didn't spend a lot of time looking at any houses because she liked it, but found homes that WE liked. I believe we only actually looked at three homes before knowing we wanted one of them. Call it a bit of luck, happenstance or whatever, but we felt so comfortable working with Shirley and finding our new house that I have to believe we came together for a reason. Fantastic service and efficient office work allowed us to present an offer to the seller which was accepted quickly and we were on our way to owning our dream house. The rest is history as they say and we loved being in our home from day one. For Yelp purposes I would have "checked in" but I don't think my house qualifies as a destination...and certainly not four years ago since this occurred! However, after becoming involved with Yelp over the past year or so I felt obligated to at minimum share my story and give Shirley Larkins the highest recommendation possible. You will NOT be disappointed! OK...back to cleaning my humble abode! Cheers!

The buying experience with Kerry was one of the easiest decisions we made for a large financial commitment. She took the time to show us multiple listings that would fit our search criteria. In the end, we purchased our home in Sparks from a Facetime walkthrough that Kerry took us on since we live out of state. After 8 years of owning our home with our oldest son having graduated from UNR, we made the decision to sell our home. Once again we looked up Kerry and she made our selling experience easy and transparent. She provided insight and recommendations for preparing our home for sale and kept us informed with every step of our home selling process from showings to offers to finally closure. We were fortunate to have found Kerry through a family friend and have not hesitated to recommend her to our family and friends as well. Kerry is truly a rare find in the ever changing real estate market.
