She didn't do much for us - I selected the properties we wanted to view and she accompanied us. She was very unprofessional, even calling me "bitchy" and referring to some of the houses we were quite interested in as "stupid". We found our dream home and purchased it - again with me doing all of the leg work. Left me wondering why we bothered with her. It was a very stressful experience overall. When we went to pick up the keys for our new house she informed us that there were no keys and gave us a pin pad number to get in. Then she went on vacation (yep, that same day!) and we never heard from her again. She never even checked in to see how we were enjoying our new home, let alone sent us a card or anything. Very unprofessional and lazy. For the amount of money your real estate agent will be making off of you - GO ELSEWHERE!!! Especially if you are a first time buyer!! I previously put my condo up for sale and didn't really have much luck, the pictures were dark and did not show it off to the best it could, the realtor did not really seem to care or help me out too much. I felt as though I was low on the radar. I decided to go to the google machine to see who were the top realtors in Edmonton. After looking through the top 10 I saw the information on Sara Jessie Real Estate. The photo alone drew me in to see their website as some of the others had nothing by their name. I got a really good first impression by their website and decided to contact them. I received a response before the end of the night saying Jessie would call me the next day to talk. She let me know that they specialize in condos which was great news for me as that was what I was trying to sell. We set up a time to meet and she came well prepared with a kit to help de-clutter the space. She gave great tips and was very professional while being very warm and easy to talk to. She had a professional photographer come in and take the photos within a couple days of signing the papers and the pictures were amazing! She was great at keeping in touch with me and letting me know what was going on. Tara was the contact that I had to discuss showing and such with, she was absolutely amazing as well. 100% loved working with her. My sale was not an easy one and Jessie worked hard to get me what I wanted and also try to make things as smooth as possible. It was a stressful time and she made it not as bad as it could have been. They also provide a cleaning service for when you move out so then you don't have to worry about that! What a great deal! Both of the ladies offered to help in any way they could and were just a pleasure to deal with. I did not get the chance to work with Sara but I am sure she is just as great.
