The staff here was very friendly and helped us each make a selection of what we were drinking, and then we ended up mixing two of the flavor options for a single portion of wings. We chose red hot riplet, and buffalo and headed outdoors to find a spot outside. Turns out we were the only people here so find in a spot wasn't too hard. Atmosphere wasn't bad, plenty of space to lounge and you can tell they get pretty busy later in the night. (We were here around 7pm) The cook came out and turned the string lights on and ensured we were comfortable and shortly after came back with our wings. These were crazy good, so we got another order. Overall service was great, food was great and patio was nice. This is a good spot for the locals to unwind for sure :)

We got a drink and headed in. It's spacious with a decent amount of standing room in front of the stage. There are several booths and vip areas for bottle service. We're not huge on massive crowds/ feeling elbow to elbow, so we stood in the back which was totally fine for us. Good standing room where everyone can still see. Sound quality and lights are great- this is probably one of the closest Vegas vibes you can get in the Lou. Servers, bartenders, security, staff were all kind and accommodating. It was wildly clean!! Bartenders were nice and quick. I do wish the dance floor was bigger. Unless you rent a booth inside, there's not really any place out of the way to watch. And due to the amount of people on the dance floor, expect drinks to be spilled on you and the floor to be sticky. I wouldn't wear any shoes that are too nice and wish I would've thought of that before going. Still a good experience, though!

This place is not handicap friendly or accessible. The handicap parking spaces are for over 5 different businesses. The curb cuts are also far apart with bumpy sidewalks and parking lot. Inside the venue, you are welcomed with loud music that you have to yell over. You cannot access the karaoke room without using a large staircase. Getting to the restroom is a challenge with unleveled floors and the accessible restroom stall is the farthest back and has super narrow hallway making it nearly impossible to do a 360! I personally only come here for events and don't come here for my own personal reasons.
