It's been almost 3 weeks since I went to Eternal Balance for a Reki session with Olga. I don't have…read moreanything to compare this experience, but I can tell you that I was nervous and had no idea what to expect. Cummings Center is HUGE, but once inside the building it is easy to find the right place. Olga met me and went through my expectations (which was great) and then told me how the hour would go. It took me about 10 minutes to relax and then before I knew it my hour was up. Olga told me what she felt about specific areas of stress and struggle. They were identical to how I had been feeling, and nothing I told her in the beginning. She gave me some things to focus on, affirmations to help me through the day, etc. After three weeks I realize how this really has helped me to work through some blocks. Nice location, very calming room, Olga was kind and knowledgeable. If you are new to reki and want to try it out, this is the place to start. On-line booking and a first time coupon.

I have been having some upper back pain for quite a while, and I decided that I would try this before hitting up the Doctor or doing anything more drastic. I had Plamen for my 60 -minute deep tissue massage, and that man is the best thing that ever happened to my back he gets five starts (my girlfriend also had a 60 minute session with him and said he is awesome). The decor is very eastern(ish) but I found the whole experience very relaxing and Plamen is a master of his craft. My back and shoulders have not felt this good in quite some time. I would highly recommend Eternal Balance and Plamen to anyone looking to get myofascial massage work done.

Lisa Faia~~So much to say! So grateful for you and your studio: Dark Star Yoga and Wellness…read more I began my first yoga movements with a friend, she is a yoga teacher as well. Down on the rug in my living room 1 day per week. Since I suffer from Major Depressive Disorder I loved the movement, it felt good to my body that hadn't moved much in many years. After some time went by I was introduced to Lisa Faia owner and teacher of Dark Star Yoga. Then, bam Covid hit. I went from my first attempt in a studio to virtual classes online. The online beginners class had me in love, when we were able to move outside, I was off to many outdoor classes she offered with an array of teachers. As we slowly got back into the studio, my practice and body were stronger; my mind not so much. Lisa a gentle, kind, and beautiful woman whom I began a spiritual journey on my soul ( without her even knowing). Lisa always took the time when I was at my worst or very anxious at times to guide me through class descriptions, the many hours she spent on the phone with me crying. (she didn't have to do that) At practice she always made me feel welcome. Always that beautiful smile and spirt there to greet me. Strong and confident in her classes she always just welcomed you to your mat. If needed there is always options if you weren't there yet in that pose. I knew Dark Star Yoga was the studio for me. The beautiful wooden floors, the subtle painted walls and that skull. Very cozy, so clean I loved it. And those awesome playlists, well thats for another time. I loved the feeling. I loved knowing after being in class with her, that if I asked "do you think it is time to bump it up a bit can I handle it" she always encouraged me. Lisa has helped me to capture some peace. Lisa is a strong, vibrant, uplifting soul. She has gently challenged my strength, flexibility, and balance both physically and emotionally.
