Jimmy took my call to book and decided on which vehicle as I was requesting enough space for us all - Suburban SUV worked well! Anthony was our driver both ways and he showed up on time with his coffee (even sent a text that he had arrived) ... we agreed that 2:30 am would work for our Spirit Airlines flight leaving at 6 am (as we wanted to be early due to TSA delays). Vehicle was clean and smelled fresh. We had a smooth drive to the airport - driver drove a good distance behind other vehicles (I get nervous when drivers tailgate) so that I felt comfortable and that we were in competent hands. Anthony also helped put my bags in the back (grateful mom here) and also kindly handed me in and out of the vehicle at my request (the Suburban SUV had a high step). He also cheerfully picked us up at 3:00 am after our Spirit airline flight return flight was delayed (over and over) - he monitored our flight arrival time and also communicated over text.
