The owner was aggressive and difficult to communicate with, and when we recently tried to confirm our 2 upcoming rides, they were completely unresponsive. We called, emailed and texted for over a week without the courtesy of a response. On top of these communication issues, the vehicles they provide smell heavily of cigarette smoke, which made every trip uncomfortable. Professionalism, responsiveness and cleanliness are basic expectations for a transportation service, and unfortunately this experience fell far short. I will not use this service again nor do I recommend them.

Today I received a phone call from a representative of Arrow, not a patronizing call but one of true concern. I have been an Arrow customer for 35+ years and I valued their service. After describing my experience with a certain driver they assured me they would delve deeper into it and it was clear they meant it. I was pleased with their reply and that is one of the reasons I will keep using their service. There are cheaper limo services out there but Arrow can Always be counted on to do the right thing! If you want a sterling experience use them, you won't be disappointed.

The two words that come to mind about their customer service is Chauvinistic and Obnoxious. They are also very overpriced. Many in the service business are increasing their prices - gauging comes to mind. But when you serve a community like ours gauging will leave you short of customers at some point - and dismissing and rudeness with professional women will not build your customer base. I will never use Clayton's again although my husband's family has for more than 50 years. Reputation is everything, and the treatment I received over the phone and the price of their service makes them a company of the past - not the future. Susan King, Brielle
