I had considered a cab service, but my vacations are very important to me, and didn't want to have to worry about reliability, so I decided to use Greg's service, and called to set up an appointment. An e-mail was sent with an invite that you respond to confirming your appointment, and you receive a text from the driver a half hour before pick up. My driver showed up very early, and was waiting for me at my requested pick up location. Very friendly, helped with my bags, had a beautiful Lincoln, and got me to Newark in no time! He even was kind enough to look up my departure gate at my terminal for United Airlines! Also, exchanged in pleasant talk on the way! Great service across the board, and highly recommend them and will! I also, love the flat rate that includes tolls and gratuities! Takes the guess work out of your bill. Find someone else for your transportation…read more Unfortunately I used this company to transport my family of 8 people to and from Newark Airport for a recent trip to Europe. To start with the driver arrived late. When he opened the back of his van to load the luggage he had a dirty spare tire in there which made it impossible to load all of the luggage. They were told how many people and bags there would be. We ended up putting some bags inside with us. On the way to the airport we discovered that the A/C did not work. Nothing we could do at that point but endure it. Toward the end of our trip we were emailed a paid confirmation about the return trip. I responded to the email to make sure the van had working A/C this time. When we arrived at Newark we saw that the same driver and van were the to pick us up. When we got in we found that the A/C was still not working. Everyone was very tired and just wanted to get home so we got in and took the very hot ride back. The temperature readout maxed out at 2 digits (99) but I'm sure it was much more than that. I emailed the owner about compensation and he agreed to refund $100 but still has not done so. He now will not respond to my further emails.

I called them Sunday morning to reserve a pick-up time of 4:00am the next day. After providing the necessary information (i.e. home address, phone number, and drop-off location) to the receptionist, I felt confident that I would not run into any issues the following morning. However, the next morning after waiting 10 minutes past my pick-up time, I decided to give them a call to find out the status of my driver. Fortunately someone picked up and told me that they would find out and give me an update. Another 10 minutes pass before I receive a call from the driver who explained that he had trouble finding the apartment and that he was only a couple minutes away. So after 5 minutes of staring out my window I see the driver pull up a couple doors down from my apartment. I head outside and as I walk towards the car, the driver drives away (probably wondering if he is in the correct location) and I am left in the dark wondering what happened. So I get on my phone and call the driver back. At this point I was very upset and worried that I would not get to the airport in time for my 6:00am flight. As I step in the car I keep my cool and inform the driver that I need to get to the airport ASAP. When we arrive at the airport the driver drops me off at the wrong departure level (i.e. Level 3) and I am forced to run to the TSA checkpoint at Level 2, which at this point is filled with passengers. By the time I get through security I hear my name being called for final boarding and I sprint to the gate. I eventually make it on the plane in time for my departure, but the experience left me very bitter towards Advanced Transportation. I wish the first impression with them was better, but unfortunately I do not plan on using them in the future.
